THIS IS THE WORST RUN RESTAURANT IN THE SOUTHSIDE. Orders are wrong more often than not after a 20 minute wait. Not a manger onsite. Teenagers are running the place. This place went down the toilet so fast!

This restaurant is in my neighborhood I always pass by it because I am not to familiar with it. Today I was doing something for my mother I didn't feel like cooking so I was like let me go try them. Customer service was excellent something I don't like is bad customer service just because of that I will be back probably to try a burger We got Maxwell polish sausage today.

Hot dog bun was very soggy and fell apart. Worst Chicago dog ever!
Placed an order for Chicago style hotdogs, asked to make sure 2 had sport peppers. They didn't, called to say my order was made incorrectly and the girl Alaya or whatever it is, says oh well it's cause of how many you ordered? 6. We ordered 6. How incompetent does one have to be to not be able to get a hot dog correct if there's only 6? Terrible customer service

This review is based on my recent visit. Had the Pluto hotdog special(2 hotdogs and fries) my son had a hamburger (ketchup & pickles ) ate the entire thing and said it was great (he don't usually eat burgers so that's a plus. Fries were nicely seasoned. I thought my bun was a little hard and wasn't that warm, also had it to go. Ali the ingredients were fresh and the shakes should definitely be given a try. This is a kid friendly restaurant with gluten free options. Order came out fast and cashier was friendly.
