I want to Pot bellyfor the first time They didn't put anything on my sandwich till I asked for. Give me a dry sandwich. The Manager says she'll make it herself She didn't Put harley no meat on it And the bread was raggly Worst service ever. And I told the manager this was my first time I ever ate a pot belly pot bellies.
Worst delivery experience ever. Took over an hour. Then driver called for directions, took over 10min for him to understand how to get to me. Still couldn't find us, my husband had to walk to the main road to meet him and get our food. And he was rude on the phone too, acting like it was my fault that he doesn't know his directions. It's your job to know otherwise your in the wrong line of work!
Have been going to Oak Lawn location since they opened. Went today and it was just awful! Besides the fact that they are cutting back on the amount of meat they put on the sandwiches (at least they skimped on my two that I ordered), and the toppings, the bread was stale and can not compare to the way they have always been since they opened. I try to support local businesses during this pandemic but I won’t be returning to Potbelly’s. Also, over 6.00 for a small bowl of soup!!...read full review
