Customer I received a very long time. I come out from washing my hands keep them with my order. He was very prompt and the store was extremely clean. Was very kind. Very sociable. I haven’t had an experience like that any other time. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much. The food on top of that was just amazing. They followed my instructions to a tea which means so much to me. The fact I do not feel good so I did didn’t want certain things on there and they made sure that it wasn’t there and I really do appreciate that hands-down you guys deserve the five stars

I was here this morning to pick up a sandwich with a simple request of no pulled pork because I'm allergic, & can't eat it. I put a note saying if they can substitute with chicken, but if not it was okay. I got a call from Taylor, & she was saying that they can't substitute so I said I used to work for the company & we would accommodate for allergies all the time, but it was fine & to just make it how I ordered it with no pork. So I get to the store, & she didnt have the sandwich made, so I told a worked named Sam I didn't want to speak with Taylor because I was very upset about how rude they were to me over the phone. I simply asked for the sandwich to be made without the pork & Taylor approached me after i asked her to just let the other employee take care of me, & she in a condescending tone started to repeat how she can't substitute, & i already made it clear that I wanted to just have my sandwich made without the pork like I asked on the phone. Taylor then said I could leave & i could get my refund, but I was late to work, & starving. I refused the refund & told her I would call the police, so I picked up the phone & dialed 911 & she did as well. Only problem was I didn't get my food or refund after explanation, I was put with a criminal trespassing, & almost arrested for this. Police told me to report this to the store because what she did wasn't right working in customer service. I then went to the potbelly website & reported the incident with a follow up. I get a call from potbelly thinking it's corporate, but it was Taylor calling me to harrass me, & say "you put in that report right? I'm the one who gets the report so nobody else is going tk find out about this, & she called me.out of my name using profanity, & then hung up. I used to be a manager at Evergreen Park, & i know I never treated a customer with an allergy or a simple accommodation as such or even after I said to just make it without the pork. I would like the district managers numbers, or a contact for corporate.

I had to stop by this afternoon and pick up that Mac and cheese pulled pork sandwich, it’s super good, the pulled pork isn’t tossed in the bbq sauce but is drizzled instead. Did an online order and pick up was seamless and easy, they keep em behind the register so just gotta ask.

Let me just say I've been a potbelly fan for years. And I've went to multiple locations but mostly this one since it's close to home. I have had a few questionable sandwiches from this place before but never to the point I would write a bad review until today. If I ask for mustard why give me ranch? If my order is ready in 10 minutes and I get there in 12 minutes why is my sandwich cold? It seems like it really depends on the crew that's working because someone just really dosent give a F when they make sandwiches.

I want to Pot bellyfor the first time They didn't put anything on my sandwich till I asked for. Give me a dry sandwich. The Manager says she'll make it herself She didn't Put harley no meat on it And the bread was raggly Worst service ever. The man who made the sandwiches are very rude and , the other people the same behavior. Don’t waste your money. Go to another place.
The cashier at was extremely rude and I am very disappointed and probably won’t ever order here again. She asked what I ordered and I tried to say bacon and as soon as I did she cut me off and said “no, I said which sandwich”. There are so many nicer ways to go about it. I am a manager and find it completely unacceptable. Very rude woman with blonde wavy hair and was wearing glasses.

Simple delivery instruction..call when at the door. the more i order delivery and they dont follow a simple instruction, the less tip i put online.. i tip tiny online and give the real tip in person but since they are too lazy to dial a number when they arrive. They dont get the cash tip.

Ordered in advance for a pickup. My order was not ready more than 20 minutes after the desired pickup time. When I requested a refund because my order STILL wasn’t ready then refused the refund even though they did not hold up their end of ensuring the order was ready within the desired timeframe. Also, the cashier did not acknowledge those standing in line who had already paid for orders in advanced. She only checked out customers who were walking in placing their orders. Management needs to provide better customer service and accommodate their customers when they are causing the inconvenience.
