On 4/8/2024 at 11pm we went to this location on 110th and Cicero. We received the wrong, when we went back the cashier at the drive thru was VERY RUDE to me im a 77 year old woman I shouldn't be disrespected the way I was... I'll never return to canes ever again

This girl I was calling canes to take my order and she starting with a rude attitude and she said I was screaming at her when I wasn't and said she was report me to the police me I reported her instead cause that's was just for no reason and I didn't want the food anymore

The food was absolutely disgusting, everything was soggy, cold, and the all of the chicken fingers in the caniac combo were small. I understand some but not all of my tenders being half of what I get at other locations. The drive through workers called the it the ack and although I was the only one in the drive through at this location I still feel like at other locations during rushes the service and quality of food is 100 times better. Orland and the crestwood is personally a fav spot. I won’t be returning to this location again.

There's nothing really to say. The place was filthy, and the restrooms were out of service. Talk about health code violations. The food is incredibly unhealthy. We had to go there because our four year old insisted on it, and you know how that goes. I knew it was going to be almost intolerable, so there ya go. This is the last time I listen to a restaurant recommendation from a child.

Just doesn't make sense to have to wait so long when you only have a few variations of organizing the same 3-4 things on your menu. Its only chicken and fries, i shouldnt be waiting 20-30 mins to get food.

They forgot my toast, called 5 times and no answer.. don’t feel like driving back over a piece of toast.. food was cold and soggy. :/ they didn’t give me a receipt either. Food was so bad I ended up throwing up. Don’t think I’ll ever be back here

Food was hot but soggy. We ate in the parking lot as soon as we got it so it shouldn't have been soggy. Pricey for just chicken tenders.

The food is always good and fresh ?...the young lady at the window failed to give me my receipt. I had to go into the store. It is important that we get a receipt, especially when using a debit or visa card. The theft is real in these days and times.
