My girlfriend bought a coffee and was waiting for me inside. I went to meet her and was kicked out immediately because I had sat down without ordering yet. I was getting a lyft ready before I ordered. It was a chunky girl with glasses and sandy brown hair. My girlfriend with coffee in hand, told her we were there together. She still kicked me out. After that, made me extremely uncomfortable by watching me through the windows as if i had done something wrong. As a person if color in a suburb, it was a horrible experience. Was in the area for an interview. Definitely wont be getting anything from that location.

DELIVERY DRIVERS BEWARE! If you're a delivery driver, you have to wait in line with paying customers rather than picking up at the pickup spot like every other Starbucks, even if the order is ready on the counter for pickup. Drivers, skip this location as they don't value our time.

So I orders a grilled cheese and I usually love this Starbucks but when my order got to my house they put a danish in my bag instead of a grilled cheese when it CLEARLY says grilled cheese on the bag. I have never been more disappointed in a food restaurant. They have never don’t anything like this and there is a big price difference. I am so mad. After calling the story multiple times I got no response.
103rd and Cicero is my go to shop. Great people great service. Always get my drink perfect, clean store. They are great people

Specifically chose to go to this location for the drive-thru and it was closed. They need to fix that information online. I had my toddler sleeping in the car so I had to find somewhere else with a functional drive-thru
