Best service friendly atmosphere the best banana split i ever eat made by a very special girl kathy. On Thursday October 9th I had the best lunch I ever had cottage cheese and a brisket with a piece of peach and carrots and cucumber and lettuce boy was it great served by a very friendly Kathleen.

I've been going to Al's for years and I have never had a negative experience. The staff is wonderful. They are friendly, they engage with the customers, and they make sure that you have everything you need. The food is absolutely delicious!!!! The atmosphere is warm and family-oriented. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

Great meal..Service was good the staff was pressured the morning crowd was handling a holiday tsunami..atmosphere was festive...the support staff was hilarious..played like he didn't understand English...he played my guest like a fiddle (loved him)big fun..i'll return here!..Thanks

Was visiting Chicago for the weekend and I was so happy with my first time here my boyfriend and I came back a second time! If I was a local this would be my go-to breakfast spot.

This place is always great! It's across from a hospital, so people are in and out. Sometimes there is a line waiting for a booth, but the wait is worth it. Like the Georgia Peach and Pecan Waffles, but everything is good! The place has been there for years, but seems to just get better and better.

The service was good, atmosphere was lively. Unfortunately the food was below average. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich. It was oily, the chicken was like a paste and the flavor was minimal. My bf ordered chicken wrap- completely bland. We were excited to try out food here but it was a disappointment sadly.

Awesome Service, all workers know how to greet especially if you been more times than I been Food is Excellent, a restaurant where you can go and sit down to eat breakfast or lunch. The only thing no dinner is serve. They only do carry-outs, Breakfast, and lunch. Because of the hours they all works. But everything is beautiful. Check it out you can't go wrong🤗
