Great little coffee shop. Latina woman owned. So nice! Pleasure to hang out with friends and the food and coffee were very good. They even have a Bonbon latte which is made with condensed milk! Delish!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Amelie Cafe in Oak Park, Illinois, a charming cafe owned by a Venezuelan woman. The cozy atmosphere and inviting decor make it the perfect spot for a quiet morning coffee or a casual brunch with friends. I was particularly impressed by the delicious white chocolate matcha and their selection of bagels, crepes, and croissants. Had a great breakfast with my wife yesterday. The staff were very friendly when we first walked in and pleasant to talk to throughout our visit. There’s plenty of seating, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I highly recommend their bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel. It was a hit for me! Paired with an iced chai tea, it made for a perfect combo. I look forward to coming back again soon!

My husband and I came over to get a light breakfast and it was absolutely delicious! I got the Amelie crepe and an iced matcha and it was so filling, all the fruit felt fresh and the crepe was nice and thin. The owner was really nice and we chatted with her for a little bit. A cute small shop that we’ll definitely visit again!

Very nice people !! Let my friend and I stay and study past closing hours to finish eating food and everything tasted so fresh and amazing!
She stayed longer for us to finish our food when she already closed, she’s so sweet & super kind. Most definitely will be coming here more often for food and to study. She has a whole printer and free wifi. This place is a 10/10, experience amazing experience with the owner. El mejor café que eh venido.
Parking: There’s a parking lot nearby and it’s like $2 per hour or so.
Cute and chill coffee. I've been craving crepes for a while, so this place hit the spot. I'll definitely visit again.

If you consider that coffee is your thing, then this place is not for you. The atmosphere is aesthetic, but the coffee is very poor quality. The espresso tasted burnt, and it was highly acidic. I ordered a plain latte and it was hard to stomach even though the medium only had one shot of espresso. My sister liked the pumpkin spice syrup, and the frothing was well done, but the quality of the espresso was so poor that it still made for a less than decent latte.

I visited this cafe and was delighted with the place and its food. I enjoyed a banana crepe and an exquisite café bombón. Recommended. I will definitely return to this cafe to continue trying these delicacies.
