I don’t like to trash talk I really don’t but I am starting to think the night is messing with my orders. I order uber from this location because it the only one open every time I order an ice cream I NEVER get what I order I ALWAYS get cookie and cream tonight was the last straw I just wanted my banana split why must you ALAYS GIVE ME COOKIES AND CREAM!!!!!

Not a good experience. Employees need to speak up when taking the order and not respond rudely if one can't hear. Second, more training is necessary because my oreo blast was absolutely terrible. It tasted like blended ice with milk. Oreo ice cream wasn't used. Waste of money.

Just went to this location we pointed out that there were some dead ant fly’s on the ice cream and stuck in the ice when we pointed it out to the worker there he was like it was a normal thing for them he said oh yeah we clean them out but they always come back. Nasty SUPER NASTY. The picture I posted is hard to see but there is a fly inside of the chocolate ice

If I ask for a 2 SCOOP SUNDAE w/ Everything one it, NO cherry, Lite whip cream.... why do you keep asking me “how many scoops do you want and what all do you want on it !????♀️ And how do you NOT have hot fudge sauce at 830 am !??

I WENT TO DUNKIN TODAY MAYBE 10mins ago it’s June 13th 2:13 and when I say my milkshake was soooooooo GOOD I would say perfect I didn’t taste nasty milk I taste milkshake so good omg service was great best milkshakes ever
