I visit this location through the week and the coffee is usually pretty good. Whenever I visit on weekends, the coffee is horrible. I stopped by this morning and my coffee was watered down. Like someone else mentioned in comments, when you go back to tell them you're not satisfied, they get really upset. So I threw that coffee away and went to the Dunkin on North Ave and Narragansett and their coffee was just as bad. I just purchased a coffee maker at Target and I will start making my own coffee. I'm done with Dunkin!!!

Bought ice cream cake as a gift. Birthday recipient said chocolate cake was flat. No true good chocolate taste. Disappointed that my gift was not enjoyed by all. Will not buy ever again. July 2023

Place is so slow. Drive through or going inside still slow. They need more workers. I couldn't even get out of the drive through because a car was parked waiting on their order.They have the lemonade on the menu but, they say they don't have any. Why is the lemonade on the menu than if they dont have it? They should remove it from off the menu.

This place use to be great. I don't know what happened tho. They mess up your drink and charge you for it.. Even tho they messed up... On top of that buddy was real sketchy at the drive through window and I really hope he didn't write my card number down... They need to do better or go back to the way it was where they actually listened and knew what to do and how to do it....

Ordered & paid for a pie ahead of time to be picked up for the upcoming holiday. When I get there the employee rudely says "we dont make that!" She didn't even bother checking the freezer, asking for a name, or consulting with the other employees. I was dumbfounded by the rudeness & left. This was over 2 weeks ago. BR customer service is equally as terrible as I still haven't gotten my money back. Avoid this location & BR/DD!

Went at 6am and the man working there was rude as hell for no reason so I drove off instead of ordering, had better service at Walmart in the hood. I'd probably never go back to this location. I sat at the ordering machine for 3 minutes with no sign of an employee, then drove up because I figured it was broken & I could order at the window. I get to the window and the guy is making himself a drink, he looks at me and asks can " can help you?" with an attitude right off the bat, I ask if I was supposed to order at the window and he says "what do you want" while rolling his eyes. Pissed me off, kinda wanted to spit on him. I went to the Dunkin on larramie instead which always has polite workers no matter what hour it is, it's about a 5 min drove apart so I'd highly recommend that one.
