I will not return. They need to better sanitary practice. The young lady who waited on me had a black glove on her left hand, I assumed that it was clean and that she used that to serve. Turns out that glove was for her and not the customer food safety. She picked my scone up with that glove, then she picked up a slice of cake with the glove, no spatula or white tissue paper. She rang me up and I paid with cash. She went to the next customer with the same glove on that she had handled my dirty money and change. She did not change her glove. I threw my order in the garbage when I got home. So, if you are concerned about food safety, do not go there.

There's a reason the line here is sometimes half a block long. The scones and banana bread are out of this world but the Olive oil cake is among the tastiest things I've had. Regardless of the time of day or how crowded they are the staff is friendly and incredibly efficient. I've never had to wait on my order for more than a couple of minutes. Fantastic neighborhood gem!

Cute cozy coffee shop! One of my favorite oak park spots. Lots of unique drink options, my favorite is the green clean smoothie (super refreshing), my friend really enjoys the espresso tonic! The baristas that work there are super lovely and have beautiful smiles. They are champions during the morning rushes. Pastries and desserts look so good like out of a magazine. I love the vegan chocolate banana muffin and if you decide to have more vegan pastries, I will buy them all. Thank you 🥰

I can’t say enough great things about this place, I make a stop every chance I get! I’ve tried nearly everything, but the Kale scones are amazing! The coffee drinks are great and delicious. I’m a full time working mom, and my parents who watch my baby while I work said the only payment they need is a box of broken tart pastries! The people there are great, they really work as a team and are super efficient. Saturdays beware though, people are lined up, and for good reason!
