I pre ordered a beef for pickup on your Buona App at 11:36 am and I got caught up with a lot of crap and did not show up until 8pm later that evening. The manager understood and made me a brand new beef with no extra charge. I love Your Beef and Other food that you have at the Oak Park Restaurant on North Ave. It is much better than the world famous Jonnies Beef which does not have the quality of Buona Nor the size and has gotten very expensive as each month goes buy. It's always a good experience. Especially if you walk in. Workers are attentive and the order has always been made fresh and correct. The only thing I don't like about Buona Beef is their limp, mushy fries.
This was my first time being in there and my first time having their beef w/fries. I haven't had a beef in a long time.Customer service was nice & friendly as well as the atmosphere,I'll definitely go back.
