This was my first time being in there and my first time having their beef w/fries. I haven't had a beef in a long time.Customer service was nice & friendly as well as the atmosphere,I'll definitely go back.
Great experience, we brought our group of special needs adult participants here for lunch. We were a group of 16, we had multiple employees go out of there way to see if we needed anything. Everyone’s food came out hot, and lots of complements from participants on the taste. Everyone’s order was correct as well. Will definitely bring our group back next time we are in the area.
Rolled up to Buona Oak Park for lunch last week. I snagged a regular Italian beef, dunked in gravy with hot giardiniera and sweet peppers, plus cheese fries and a classic shake. Beef was juicy‑drippy, fries cheesy‑crisp, shake thick and sweet. Crew was fast, chill Chicago energy with mad flavor in each bite.
