This place is soooo good! Staff are friendly and helpful. Coffee is ? and the food is delicious! This egg and bacon everything bagel was amazing. Love coming here whenever I get the chance.
This isn't about the coffee - that is a huge improvement on the coffee Buzz used to serve.But the service was just abysmal - server put in our order late and came out one by one. Initially it was blamed on the kitchen being backed up but then someone else came and apologized for the server not putting our food in.When eating with kids, it really wasn't ideal.The food was OK - the panini's were burned on the base, but it took so long to come anyway, it's not...
We stopped in on a Saturday morning to grab coffee to go. We were asked three times, “Are you dining in or taking out?” The pace was urgent and staff was quite short with us. My friend wasn’t sure what flavors of muffins they had but panicked because the barista seemed exasperated and ended up not getting what he wanted.
