I got the masala chai. It was good, but tasted watered down? I don’t think it was sweetened, which is okay because I don’t care for sweetened chai. Something was missing from it. Anyway, the place is very cozy and chill. After I ordered my drink, I went to the restroom. The room was a bit gross. It had a sour smell and the toilet seat had poop bits on it. I think it was that way due to a previous customer, but after an hour it still wasn’t cleaned. The whole time I was there the stench of the bathroom stayed in senses and I couldn’t get the image of the poopy bits on the toilet out of my mind. The bathroom is probably not like that all of the time, I don’t know. This was my first time visiting. I probably won’t come again, but I had a good time reading my book and drinking chai.

I was looking for a good matcha in Oak Park and found this place on Google. My matcha latte tasted like plain milk, the barista forgot about the apple strudel I ordered and I never got it until I asked for it. Even though it is a trendy spot right now, I will not be going back :(

This coffee shop was excellent. The ambiance was excellent and the staff was polite and the place was extremely clean.
Ordered honey bear latte, vanila caramel latte, cherry danish and samosas. The samosas were amazing.

I went in yesterday because I liked the interior. A young south Asian lady was manning the counter she was very rude and nasty i greeted her twice and she just cut her eyes at me like i was bothering her. I asked if she had matcha and she point up and said “ um yeah the menu is there”….she was so nasty I went to Vigo up the street better atmosphere and more space to sit down and study. When I told her I was gonna pass she says “perfect thanks” …..I will never go back to this place lol

Wow what a wonderful experience! The latte was perfect, the barista was knowledgeable AND nice, and the vibe was perfect for a relaxing meetup with a friend. I did see some tables setup for people with laptops...maybe I'll come back next week!

Yes I'm sorry I expect better customer service from people who work there especially if I’m paying a lot for a cup of coffee which the prices are expectionally high for a just medium latte. The lady manager who worked there was not very genuine and when I tried to ask how much it was for a cup of coffee she told me to look at my phone for my text receipt. I’m very disappointed for as much as I pay for just a medium Pumpkin latte and I’m not happy at all. I expect a lot better customer service and for the cups of coffee prices to be lower for a very little amount of pumpkin latte. I would appreciate a free large size pumpkin latte for the inconvenience of not feeling welcome in Wise cup.

I took a morning stroll and stopped for coffee. The ingredients in the Mayan Mocha enticed me (and I love a spicy taste!). The service was quick and friendly. I loved the bohemian atmosphere. After receiving my cup, which was filled to the brim, I grabbed a seat by the window and watched the world go by. The coffee tasted wonderful, and I didn't want it to end. I will definitely return and try more on the menu!
