Nice little ice cream shop in the middle of downtown oak park, ice cream is customizable and delicious! Only small thing I noticed was the place was a bit grimey and could see a few appliances needed maintenance. Otherwise place is a nice little ending to date night.

I am writing to report an incident involving a female staff member who displayed a very unprofessional and rude attitude. This is not the first time. Staff often have poor attitudes or rude behavior.

I had a very disappointing experience. When I walked in, the employee was in the back and didn’t acknowledge me. I had to say hello twice after waiting 1–2 minutes. He was a young Black male, dressed unprofessionally with his apron untied and clothes hanging off him. He moved very slowly and had a rude attitude throughout the interaction.
He didn’t prepare my order correctly the first time, and when I asked for extra toppings, he didn’t explain the pricing just restarted the order and charged me $1.29 per scoop for pie crust crumbles without clarification. I was okay with the charge, but I expected a simple explanation upfront.
To make matters worse, the AC was off in the store on a hot day, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I just wanted to enjoy my treat and cool off, but the customer service made it frustrating instead.
Besides the bad service, I enjoyed my ice cream!

Ice cream is great! Service is good. But parking is a bit of a hassle. Last time in, the AC was barely working and there was no place to sit.

Customer service representative didn’t listen to what was ordered 4 guys behind one one making everything and to top it off wiped nose and didn’t wash hands left from line didn’t even order my ice cream. Too many things going on and nobody was able to start or aid the poor guy

Ordered two kid scoops + 2 fixins. $18 (price was kinda confusing bc i thought $6.99 each, then marveled at how high the tax was on top of that - had to have been some hidden fees)
Anyway, when we went to check out, the guy rang us up then walked away. Strange bc store was empty. On the tip screen, there’s no way to “skip” nor is there a way to enter “0” to advance to payment screen. And no one to ask ab it, because he quickly disappeared to the back til the transaction was done. You could not tap to pay or swipe your card until you entered at least $1 of tip.
I like coldstone, my kids loved their ice cream, but the sketchy forced tip really turned me off from ever returning.

Love this place. Is small the ice cream is good. You have to be patient because they are making your ice cream do order. Love the coffee lovers only. Is so good. Their waffles taste fresh which is a plus. The staff was helpful and really friendly considering how some people were talking to them. Will recommend
