We usually are a fan of coldstone icecream, though the oak park location really lacks on providing service. This is the third time we have a messed up order where we pay for the add ons and they charge them for extras but in the end we get the basic order, missing all the add ons. Never ordering from this location again!

This place has so much potential if only they had a better customer service and a cleaner store. I just went there for the first time and it was very nasty. Let’s just starts with how dirty that store was, the front was completely nasty, all the equipment was super dirty, they had fruit flies everywhere. It discussed me when I saw them in the prep area, they were all over the cones, fruits and everything they left open. Second, there’s this one employee with dregs that’s had such a horrible attitude with every customer he served. He was Throwing things, making sloppy ice cream, and eating cherries while preparing someone’s order. People like him make you not want to go back. Regardless we’re not going back. After todays experience I have read plenty of reviews of this location and this problem has been going on for a long time, the owner answers the reviews but don’t do nothing.

I was there last night for ice cream. It was supposed to be a treat of an experience. I got there in the evening with two boys working there. They did not bother to say a word to us. They were too busy talking about some girl that left. Eventually we were told we were standing in the wrong place and had to move to order. One guy was proud of himself because he threw his gloves over his back into the garbage. After standing there looking for praise and looking silly he moved on to the back. We eventually managed to get enough attention from the other boy to place our order. While it was a challenge, we eventually got our order in and were satisfied. After leaving, I was stunned at how poor the service was and how irreverent the two boys were. At least the ice cream was good. Given the amount of other options in the area, I will likely take my business elsewhere.

The waffle bowls I paid for should be called waffle plates! I can't fit any ice cream in them. If you're not going to make the items correctly, please do not sell then to customers. This was a disappointing experience.

This was our first time, and the ice cream is delicious! I had the coffee, but when the person in charge asked what I wanted, I didn't know what to choose, so I asked him to make a recomendation. He put a splash of caramel on top. Wow! Delicious. Highly recommend this place if you want good ice cream. As for atmosphere, it is an order-and-go with a couple of small tables, so fine, neither great nor bad.
Love that we get to mix and match flavors with fresh fruit, I usually get Oreos and banana with creamy cheesecake ice cream, and I prefer the bowl rather then the cone

Today i went to this location and was pleasantly surprise by the customer service. The young lady working was doing such a great job specially handling annoying demanding customers before me. The ice cream selection is really good. Their cheesecake is the best

After oberweis closed. I gave this place a chance. I was really impressed with the variety of flavors and how they mix the ice cream in the stone. Tonight the staff was helpful and they made us feel welcome.

The promise that is stated on the restaurant wall does meet any of those standards. The employees were not friendly nor the place was clean. The area behind the counter was super dirty even the walls and equipment look dirty. Our order was made sloppy and when the to go bag was given it had ice cream all over the outside of the bag.We will not be returning to this location.

On a nice Sunday afternoon this place only has one person attending the entire store. One person whom obviously was frustrated and didn't make our order properly because he must rush to attend to others.
