Would have given 5 stars all around. Had been here multiple times and always thought the food was great until I tried their “Detroit style” pizza and it missed the mark big time. They had the shape down but that was about it. As someone who is a big fan of Detroit style pizza, this was a 1/5 and left a lot to be desired. I will be sticking to pastas as those haven’t missed the mark.

Dinner at Cucina Paradiso is a wonderful experience. Our server was friendly and insightful, the rigatoni was some of the best I’ve had, cozy, cheesy and flavorful. My glass of wine was tasty. All in all a gem in Oak Park and I’d love to come again.

Long overdue!! but I dined at Cucina, and was impressed by their service and food! I discovered them on Tiktok and sometimes it's hard to trust on Tiktok, but I am so glad I did. I moved into the area, and this was the first restaurant I went to on my list. Their pepperoni pizza is so flavorful. Our server was great and he gave great recommendations. You must dine in and sit on their patio!!

This review is late in coming, but my husband and I came in for our anniversary dinner in late June. The waiter was so warm and helpful. When he and the manager (?) learned it was our anniversary, and that we had been married in Oak Park, they promised a dessert on the house.
Unfortunately, my husband had a medical emergency and passed out. The response of everyone around us restored my faith in humanity. In addition to our fellow diners assisting me, the staff and management were helpful and lighting-fast in doing everything they could, including calling for an ambulance. They quickly made room for the paramedics when they arrived, and when I tried to pay the bill as he was being taken out on gurney, the manager refused to accept payment and told me to not worry about it, that my husband was the focus of the moment.
I know this review isn't about the food (which is always wonderful), but I just wanted to express my gratitude to the staff in the restaurant for making a very scary situation a lot easier. (My husband made a full recovery, by the way!) We will definitely be back!
