11/28/25 - I had an exceptional experience thanks to the incredible leadership of the restaurant’s manager and team. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the entire operation runs smoothly because of their dedication, professionalism, and genuine passion for hospitality. They greeted us warmly, while our server checked on our table with perfect timing, and ensured that every detail of our visit exceeded expectations. What impressed me most was the manager’s ability to balance friendliness with efficiency. The staff was clearly well-trained, motivated, and happy, which speaks volumes about the positive work environment they foster. The atmosphere, service, and overall experience were seamless from start to finish. It’s rare to find a manager who elevates a restaurant from “great” to truly memorable. Their commitment to excellence is obvious, and it made our visit absolutely outstanding. Highly recommended—The manager ( Trudy her name I believe ) was is a true asset to the establishment! I

The food was good but that didn't help the poor experience I had overall. Our waiter was very good but there was nothing he could do to make me write a better review. The store wasn't as clean as it should have been. It also wasn't packed but it took 15 mins for us to be served. They were really short staffed and from what we could see, there were probably 2 waiters. I ordered a sweet cream cold brew and it tasted like the cream was sour. so I reordered a black iced cold brew and it tasted exactly the same. I didn't drink it and they took it off my bill. I had to request plastic ware because the 4 sets of silverware I had before hand, had dried food and sticky spots on them. My brother had a coffee but there were grounds floating in the cup and settled in the bottom. Needless to say, I will never go back to this store. My overall experience was awful. Spent $60 here and I wish I would have taken my money somewhere else. It's sad because our waiter was pretty cool and took care of us. Denny's, please revamp this store. it's in a nice location but it's most definitely not up to par
