I accidentally placed order for wrong location and after explaining that I took the bus here and I can’t make it to the next Dunkin’ Donuts if they could make the order for me, she told me no I will have to repay even though I show her the receipt I know that this was an accident on my part, but just the customer service I experienced For a customer who comes here. Every single day is disrespectful.
