This location is a joke. The workers mess up your order. The coffee I ordered tasted burnt and cold. They gave me the wrong food items and when I went back in to tell them my order was wrong and what I originally ordered they kept telling me I wasnt charged for that not understanding that they messed up my order and I wanted the items I ordered.

Waited several minutes and the staff never acknowledged us or the customer in front. Spent time complaining about the staff scheduled for the afternoon. Customer in front asked if they were serving and employee snapped at him. Will never return, not the first time I’ve seen service like this.

This establishment has gone down in service. The staff argues among each other in front of the customers. They are unorganized and rude. Although I work next door,I will be driving out of the area for better service. Get together or train and hire a new staff!

I happened upon this DD and it is fantastic! Fast service, fresh donuts & sandwiches, friendly - and fun! - service... everyone left smiling! Small but very clean, including the restroom!
How is possible that being a customer at this location for years and today I had the worst experience of my life there? Yes, I placed two online orders (#707 and #711) they gave me only one.I showed the clerk the order number and the payment. She refused to check the orders from minutes before. Just kept saying that I made a mistake and never paid or didn’t put “pick up” . Never mind, I paid again. I will never visit that store again.

This store has an abundance of problems from flys on the donuts to unprofessional staff always on the phone, It being the closest coffee shop too me it’s sad I can’t have good service.
