I stopped coming to this location because of the lack of cleanliness and professionalism but I just so happen to stop in the other day to grab a coffee really quick. I didn’t expect a complete 180 when I came. Hector the new manager is doing an amazing job with turning the store around for better. I didn’t have one complaint. They we’re so friendly as soon as I walked through the door greeting me with smiles. He even showed me how to use the app for points and all that good stuff. The place was spotless compared to last year. Bathrooms were clean and smelled good for a change. Lobby was well organized and not thrown together like before. I almost sat down just to take it all on but I was running late for work. 10/10 improvement! I can honestly say that they have made me a believer. They have gained a lifelong cunstomer I’ll tell you that much.

Had great customer service from Hector. Definitely will come back and ask for him. Food was great and received fast. Usually avoid the bathroom when going in public but this bathroom was very clean. All around great experience today.

Placed an online order.... when I picked up and got back home I realized there was a drink missing.... went back to let them know they forgot a drink... and they refused to give me the drink... I had to pay for my "free drink" ... then after I pay they make the drink and they made it wrong ! It sucks cuz we literally buy from there 5 days a week

Worst DD I’ve been too, the Spanish lady is so busy talking and making jokes everyone in the line including me got our orders wrong, as I’m thinking I’m early to get to work at 7:30am, I get there at 7am order 2 ice coffee 7:15 I get one and then she ask me what you’re waiting for, I was like for my other coffee but you’re too busy taking, I get out of the DD at 7:26, poor service, not excellent in customer service and no common sense.
