Atmosphere would be great if they had better customer service! I literally drink a small Ived caramel macchiato daily! Today they gave me a cup of milk with lite coffee. I attempted to guve them a chance to remake it explaining that I get this exact drink daily from different locations worldwide and there wasn't enough coffee. Im guessing this lady was the manager who began to yell at me that they made it the correct way. Basically this situation escalated for no reason and resulted in 2 wasted drinks and a refund! Bad for business!!!

I order the same thing every day, but not usually from the Madison location in Oak Park. My favorite drink to order is the caramel craze iced signature latte, but yesterday my drink came without the caramel. When I saw it, I whispered to my son, the drink looked white, but brushed the thought off because I thought the caramel was sitting at the bottom. I drove off and stirred the drink, but It tasted nothing like the drink that I've become accustomed to drinking everyday, it was completely insipid. I had to toss it in the bin. I drove to my location in Cicero to get the same drink done right. Please spend time making the drinks properly because it takes money to make a purchase. My sister passed, and I drove to DD to get my favorite drink to numb some of my pain, but you gave me a medium cup of milk instead.

The donuts are good and all but that rude man he’s African American with dreads. He works everywhere in the Dunkin place he was really rude to me today when I asked for ice cream. I said “thank you” he said “you’re not welcomed” very rude he always has a strong tone when I get him for the check out area.

This is an excellent Double D! They are wonderful when we bring the pupps with us in drive through, remember us when we show up.
So friendly, fast, have yet to get a single.order wrong. This is a spot for the double D of choice. One we will drive to for a trip skipping other because of service. They deserve a bonus or at least a night out for all the awesome they bring. True stand out.

I bought 2 fancy donuts and asked for a cup of hot water. They charged me an extra $1, then gave me the smallest cup for the hot water. Be Warned…the donuts were GOOD. The curtesy not so much. I can see charging 25 to 50 cents MAX…but a dollar for a small hot water?! Can we say, “Price gouge “?
