Heavenly, the wonderful gal at the drive up window on Madison in Oak Park is amazing! My 3.5 year old grandson knows her by name and makes me roll down the car window so he can say "hi" to her. This Dunkin Donuts puts out great tasting, fresh product and they are fortunate to have Heavenly on staff! Great job Dunkin and Heavenly!Kid-friendliness: Kind, nice employees!

I visit this location through the week and the coffee is usually pretty good. Whenever I visit on weekends, the coffee is horrible. I stopped by this morning and my coffee was watered down. Like someone else mentioned in comments, when you go back to tell them you're not satisfied, they get really upset. So I threw that coffee away and went to the Dunkin on North Ave and Narragansett and their coffee was just as bad. I just purchased a coffee maker at Target and I will start making my own coffee. I'm done with Dunkin!!!

Good DD to have your coffee and chat...outdoors or indoors. It was busy inside so instead of waiting in line, I did a mobile order and sat and watched the line dwindle. The staff there are great and they do move ppl along...it was just busy.

Came in this morning to this location through the drive thru, there was a line but it was moving fast, I ordered a Avocado toast and ice coffee both were Good just how I like it! Ladies were working hard in the window and everyone look like they were working as a team! Will come back again in the A.M ??

This place is hit & miss. There is something off about this location. When I started going to this location, the workers purfumes would be so strong it would cling to everything. You could even taste it in the coffee. I guess that person is no longer there. I also think they are clumsy (or deliberate), but the coffee cups are always beat up. Which makes the tops not sit correctly so it leaks. This is every cup, every time. The cooked food, like the hasbrowns always seem to be re-warmed. You know how potatoes after they are reheated, Yuck! Not really sure if this is an all the time thing for this location. I only go occasionally anyway so I keep giving them chances. But I think its time to just go elsewhere.

Went yesterday and had to pull over and wait for 10 chocolate munchkins and a pint of ice cream. Still didn’t let that deter me because maybe they were busy , even thought I was the ONLY car there and like one customer inside that I can see from the drive through. Went back today but this time I used my mobile app so that I can get my order sooner, long story short I had a frozen caramel coffee with whipped cream and caramel drizzle instead they gave me just a plain frozen coffee. I proceeded to show them my order and how it was suppose to be made yet they told me I was wrong and that those options weren’t selected when CLEARLY IT SHOWS IT ON MY ONLINE ORDER. Even after I showed them they didn’t want to fix it until they charged me extra to add the whip cream and still didn’t put the caramel drizzle. I advise no one to go to this establishment and I’ve heard bad things about them previously but I wanted to see for myself but trust me I won’t be going back.
