The lady handling the orders through the drive thru is rude and incompetent. I'm a semi-regular at this particular establishment, because of it being the closest DD, and sometimes they miss my order. I always make sure to double check my order to make sure everything I get, because I really can't trust that they get it correct.
The food itself is fine, for the most part. The freshness of the donuts are a hit or miss as sometimes the donuts seem like they've been there since the day before.

Always make sure to check your order to make sure that you receive everything that you ordered.
I order from this place every now and then they sometimes mess up the order by not giving everything that was ordered. Today, I received my drink and hash browns, but they missed an entire dozen of donuts. The rude staff member gave an attitude as if I'm the one holding up the line. After telling them about the missing donuts, that's then they got to getting the rest of the order.
I don't know what's difficult about reading the order details, but they certainly aren't employing bright minded individuals there. As for the food quality, it's a hit or miss. Sometimes it's fresh, other times it seems that the dough on the doughnuts are slightly overcooked or a day old.

I ordered mini bagels and noticed the staff putting my food on top of the food counter without any liners or barriers. The 2 young man working there just looked at each other and sarcastically told me its a food counter. Per DD’s food safety regulations, it is recommended that food items are not placed directly onto any surface without a protective barrier.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Their drive-through line was so long it extended out into the street so then I decided to walk in, and I stood there for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged by any of the workers. Absolute carelessness, lack of drive, in attentiveness to their customers, and just an overall terrible product.
7:30 friday opérer via uber, wrong ice cream sent, went in 2 workers argue neither waiting ti replace the order

17 minutes, need to go to work, but also need breakfast, the drive thru only takes 17 minutes. Not just this time everytime. Last time inside took 30 mins. Avocado toast was neither toasted nor had the bacon I asked for, the only item I ordered. Just follow your gut and go to the one on cermak.
