Geppetto's Pizza & Pasta

Went here yesterday since I was going to take out my fiance and it was closed, the hrs online are wrong and the phone will continuously ring. Really disappointed and wished we could've tried it.

The service and atmosphere was beautiful. I ordered the chicken parmesan, and was my first time trying it. It was a substantial portion, and well plated. But, it tasted water logged and bland. I informed my server, who politely apologized. I'm never one to skip payment on a prepared meal but, if i return it would be for the pizza I saw and wished I would've ordered.

The place serves large portions and for reasonable rates. very nice employees. Never disappointing.

Has gone down in quality and service since the last time we were there.

Savannah is a great server. She smiles and is sweet and funny, makes us laugh. She recommends good food on the menu and I always like having her wait on us. She is professional, beautiful and very pleasant. 5 stars Savannah, thank you for the great service.

For this to be my first time eating from this place i was very upset with the food and the service. I got Home and my pizza was cold and so was the garlic bread. I had to reheat in my oven. I called to speak with a manager and talked to Nicole who was very rude and basically rushing me off the phone and had no care. This might be the last time Tim order from here.

You absolutely cannot beat them for service. Very attentive and cool. The salad bar came with soup and pizza bread, and it was very, very reasonable. The cheese and spinach lasagna was very good. Nice cheese and perfectly cooked pasta. The red sauce was good. Biggest piece of terra misu I was ever served!! Fun!! Overall, authentically Italian, but not fine dining. They hit their mark.

I love this restaurant! It has been years since I've eaten this food and its still great! I live in the south suburbs yet the trip to Geppetto's was worth it.

Felt a very homey vibe there! I go there with friends after school all the time. One of the best pizzerias in Oak Park!

Celebrating a special birthday! K our host was spectacular!!! The food was descent. It's a great place for Sharing a meal with someone and one on one conversation.

Do not eat here! I used to eat their salad bar for lunch often, but I found out the hard way they clearly do not have cleanliness standards as there was a DEAD BUG in my salad. Absolutely disgusting!!!

I have yet to personally eat from this restaurant but the last several times that I've been there to pick up food for other people's the staff was amazing this is a very organic and natural down-to-earth type of vibe can't wait to eat there for the first time real soon

We had stopped going to Geppetto's more than 3 years ago because of the poor service. Well, the management has changed. We're back. Thanks to Nicole, the service is GREAT. One of a very few full service restaurants with a salad bar available.

Food was very good, not busy, waiter was excellent
