The food is very delicious but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Better order takeaway. The waiters are rude with their responses. You ask for things as kindly as you can and your responses are extremely rude.
Best Chicago signature pizza ever. What a pizza.
I had to return two days after to buy more of these frozen pizzas to take them to our country. What a pizza. Amazing, you have to come to Giordano's if you come to Chicago.

I’ve had Giordano’s many times at various locations across the country. This one was a bit disappointing. The food(pizza) was good but not amazing (like all the other Giordano’s I’ve been too… they have all been absolutely amazing) this one was sub-par… as we was seated the senior couple seated next to us flagged the server and told him they would NOT wait any longer as was leaving and he just was like “k” … so I thought oh boy as we sat…
