Everything was delicious! We went to Hoja Santa and loved every bite. The butternut squash was surprisingly amazing so flavorful. The ribeye was cooked perfectly, juicy and full of taste. The bone marrow was incredible. You can really tell how much care goes into each dish. The atmosphere was great and the service was excellent Katherine is super friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be coming back!
Everything about this experience was great. Loved the Sangria, with its' subtle spices and rich fruitiness. We ordered the Tuna Crudo, butternut squash dish, arugula salad and Filet Mignon. Each was delicious and so nicely seasoned. Desert of mango sorbet came with caramel drizzle that added the perfect compliment to cap off the meal.
I ordered the ribeye tacos and my friend ordered the salmon. It was very nice outside so we ate in their front patio on Lake street which with bikes riding through can get hectic. The chef prepared a few small loaded Nachos which are not on the menu and so delicious we asked if we could order a small plate of them which was accommodated and killed my appetite so I didn't eat a lot of my food and have leftovers! The service was excellent and the food was delicious.
