The service was excellent, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of the chef offering me soup while I waited for my food. I ordered the Jerk Chicken dinner, and everything was delicious. The restaurant has a rich Jamaican tradition, and I look forward to returning soon. Much love and appreciation for the warm hospitality.

This place is hardly ever open. I have tried to order food from them on 3 different occasions and have finally given up. I’ll stick with “Tropical Times”
In Hillside. They know how to run a restaurant and the food is good. Good luck if you’re actually trying to order from this place. Also, looks like the last reviews are from years ago (not a good sign).

Wish i can give them no stars. They have horrible customer service. When I called to follow up on my order which had already been over 2 hrs a man started yelling at me. He told me he didn't know where the delivery guy was at. I asked why he didn't give me a update, and he said he didn't know what the delivery guy was doing. After I got off the phone with this guy he called back letting me know that my order was ready for pick up. I told him I just got off the phone with him and my order was supposed to be delivered. He told me to hold on and then hung up on me. I ended up cancelling my order. This is my first time ordering from this place and my last.

i used to go to this place a few times a week but recently stopped because they almost always open late and they never have food ready on time. the owner is suppose to get in early and prep the food so that it will be ready when the restaurant opens. get your act together or u will get closed down
