Great food and fantastic taste.
Very consistent always.
Only thing is it is weird that they charge for a small dab of sauce. That left me wondering.
Jerusalem never did that in the past.

I recently tried this place for the first time this week. I have been back every day since. (3 days in a row). I've been in Oak Park for almost two years and I'm almost mad at myself for not trying them sooner. The staff has been very welcoming which I always appreciate. Each time I've been there, I had the combination. A great amount of food for a very reasonable price especially the lunch special. Look forward to trying other options from there!

Jerusalem Cafe serves the most bomb French fries. They are light golden brown, served hot, and so delicious! I usually get them as a treat with my falafel sandwich. The sandwich is very filling—sometimes I can only eat half. I do think you need an extra container of tahini sauce if you don't want a dry sandwich. Overall, the food is great and tastes fresh because it is made to order. Highly recommended!

The best middle eastern food I ever had. Falafel exactly like those in old city of Jerusalem. Prices very reasonable. Cashier was very nice.

I was quite disappointed in this meal. I had lentil soup that was the most bland flavorless soup I’ve had in a long long time. Very disappointed. I had chicken Shawarma with vegetables and chicken tasted really overcooked and quite flavorless. Nando’s Peri Peri nearby was WAYYYY better on every level.

Haven’t been here in years but now I regret that! OMG. The chicken shawarma was juicy and perfectly seasoned, and I was blown away by the side veggies. I’ll be coming back a lot more often in the future.

Falafel and grape leaves were very dry, no flavor. Food took a long time to wait for. Way over priced paying for convenience as opposed to actual good food. I had a very high hopes for this to be my consistent Mediterranean spot, will have to be making these dishes at home.
