The food was great ! BUT when my 12 year old daughter and I were finished eating - I went up to the (I think) manager to ask for the bathroom code. She rudely snapped back stating that she couldn't give me the code and the bathrooms were for employees only. But the signs outside the bathroom doors indicate they are for customer use. Now- normally I'd let this roll off my back, but my 12 year old needed it. Her response was rude and snappy. some people have medical issues, as a paying customer I don't think access should be denied- especially in a manner such as hers. Other employees were great !

Not sure what it is or why it is, but this is probably one of the poorest run Jimmy John’s in their fleet. I get it they’re franchises but seriously this location is just the worst. When I call to follow up on an order I’m told the driver is on their way so like a fool I wait 10-15 more minutes and then call again & they say he’s leaving right now, So I say you told me 15 minutes ago that he was in the car on his way to my house she said that’s what I thought my bad. Seriously ever hear of apologizing? I mean, I get it Oak Park people are entitled but still seriously on your mistake. And trust and believe and before writing this review, I called and spoke to the manager at the restaurant I was told stuff happens not we’re sorry your order is always late or you know, let me do something to make sure it’s on time next time nope nothing. So when you’re looking for something freaky fast, don’t look for Jimmy John, at least not the one in Oak Park.

Took a long time to take order not greeted . Lady looked like I was bothering her when I added my freebies . Asked for water was told to specifically get water like that’s not what I was gonna get when I asked for a water cup . Will never be back and then the water is nasty all of that about some water that doesn’t even taste good guess it’s an Incentive to make me pay for water

I enjoy a Beach Club here about once a month. Staff is always friendly and the facility is always clean. I always take out, I don’t know about their delivery service. Couple parking spots in the back of the building although they’re often full.
Parking: There is typical city street pay parking and a few spots behind jimmy John’s. The spots behind are usually full during busy hours but i get an open spot all the time during non peak hours.
Kid-friendliness: The food and environment are perfect for kids.
I worked here and they fired me because a customer didn’t want me to have her address because I was black and she called me the n word and I hung the phone up because she pulled the race card and I brought the food back and said I couldn’t deliver because she was being racist and they fired me on the spot when a person called me out my name for telling her I’m outside with your food so sad I lose my job for someone saying something mean to me and lied on me

Freaky fast or freakin ridiculous? Overall,I'm a fan of Jimmy Johs but not this location. They constantly have delivery issues! This shop is 2 blocks from my home and they have yet to complete a delivery (ontime or otherwise). When I call the shop, they lie to say the order is delivered when it was not. No empathy or expression of concern or apology from management. Great place to order from if you never want to actually...eat.

Ordered sandwich for delivery on a Tuesday at 748pm for "as soon as possible". Email confirmation came back and said delivery is scheduled for next day. I Called to cancel and was told the sandwich was on its way already. Called back at 820ish and was told it would be there "shortly". Sandwich finally arrived warm and soggy - a whole hour later. I certainly appreciate the lack of driver situation but a little honesty from the manager would have been appreciated. I could have cancelled and ordered something else. As it was, this was a pretty terrible JJ delivery. Beware delivery during the week. They don't appear to be staffed to deliver in a timely manner.
