They service is excellent... the sandwich makers never misses a beat...and the manager be managing🥰... overall a beautiful store and people for a good sandwich experience 😋

This is the 2nd time I ordered from this store. 1st time took me 2.5 hours to get my sandwich when the said 30 min max. Mind you they're less than .3 mil from me. I always ask to call me to let me know when to come downstairs. This lazy delivery lady/ person buzzes and leaves my food outside missing parts of my order

The food was great ! BUT when my 12 year old daughter and I were finished eating - I went up to the (I think) manager to ask for the bathroom code. She rudely snapped back stating that she couldn't give me the code and the bathrooms were for employees only. But the signs outside the bathroom doors indicate they are for customer use. Now- normally I'd let this roll off my back, but my 12 year old needed it. Her response was rude and snappy. some people have medical issues, as a paying customer I don't think access should be denied- especially in a manner such as hers. Other employees were great !

Not sure what it is or why it is, but this is probably one of the poorest run Jimmy John’s in their fleet. I get it they’re franchises but seriously this location is just the worst. When I call to follow up on an order I’m told the driver is on their way so like a fool I wait 10-15 more minutes and then call again & they say he’s leaving right now, So I say you told me 15 minutes ago that he was in the car on his way to my house she said that’s what I thought my bad. Seriously ever hear of apologizing? I mean, I get it Oak Park people are entitled but still seriously on your mistake. And trust and believe and before writing this review, I called and spoke to the manager at the restaurant I was told stuff happens not we’re sorry your order is always late or you know, let me do something to make sure it’s on time next time nope nothing. So when you’re looking for something freaky fast, don’t look for Jimmy John, at least not the one in Oak Park.
