This was a worst service ever that I eat there after church service. I ordered four pieces of signature chicken. While I'm eating, it was so much salt. It was too salty. I don't want to eat there anyway. I love eating at Popeye's Chickens better than KFC.

Ordered 3 PC dinner, 2 breast and a wing. Received 2 thighs and a leg. Requested hot sauce and received honey. Came with a drink, ordered a Mt Dew, received soda water with no syrup. Disappointing!

The experience is a testament to poor interpersonal skills and the hiring challenges precipitated by the Great Resignation.

If you go here bring your own condiments. We ordered a 3 piece chicken and asked for hot sauce and honey and was given one packet of each. I went back and asked for some more hot sauce and she gave me one packet I informed her that I have three pieces of chicken and can I have a hot sauce packet for each piece and she told me anything over two I would be charged and the food wasn’t even fresh. These are the experiences that make me hesistant to patronize fast food establishments. I hope your experience will be better than mine.

I am lying, they only deserve a half a star. You cannot order inside only thru the app and pick up your order. Placed the order got 2 orders of the same thing both came with a pop the person who fixed the order said he only saw one. Wow. Ordered original chicken and got extra crispy. Manager was unprofessional. She was using profanity to express her feelings about the place she works at.

Where do they find these people? I don't know them but I don't think they liked me but judging how my food was prepared but I won't be back at least not to this one and will be careful if & when I go to another .

Do not waste your money or your health!!!.To think that some great shared memories had KFC in our childhood, and that a great fast food company went from good to worse.If I could give -5 stars I would.The location was on Madison St in Oak Park, IL.Absolutely the worse service ever, it makes you wonder who the manager or owners are to ignore all the awful reviews and continue giving the same undesirsble service.We ordered ahead, got to the drive thru and we were infomed they were closing down?. It was 6:30 p.m and their hours are listed till 9:30 p.mWe did get our food (regretably), since, we have paid ahead absolutely the worse chicken ever and we got the wrong chicken with the grossest rancid taste of oil that made it not edible the chicken was so dark like if it was deep fried 3 times, our fries were not even room temp they were cold and rancid as well!.By the time we got home, it was too late to return the food because they closed 3 hours earlier.Please do not waste your money......I should had believed the horrible reviews, but somehow I have to see it to believe. KFC has decline for the worse.I know I will never order from this company again.

The food was less than appetizing KFC has considerably gone down hill over the yrs the favor just isn't there anymore and I think KFC lost its luster and flavor when it franchised out its restaurants yrs ago so please if you want good chicken go
