Love this place. A great vibe and the service window is perfect if you’re walking your dog at the park next door.

As an OP resident, I love kribi. I support small businesses, I’m a coffee guy and kribi’s Mt Oku is a FINE coffee. However, it is my opinion that every coffee roaster should have a way to try the different coffees they roast. That to-go cup of coffee is your advertisement for the types of different coffees you offer.
Like many modern coffee guys who lived through the Starbucks dark roast craze of the 90’s and 2000’s, I’m now a lover of fruity, floral and complex tastes. That is what Mt Oku is not; however Kribi’s Lliac Roller is advertised as just that. Why is there no way to try a pour over cup or a rotating daily drip of thier offerings? It is enough of a let down that I often will go out of my way to Whirlwind just to get some variation. I hope this will change.

I ordered the seasonal pumpkin cold brew and found the pumpkin flavor to be underwhelming. The amount of caffeine in this drink also made me want to jump out of my skin. While I understand that this is to be expected with cold brew, it was way stronger than I am used to.

The hot chocolate was good although it could be have been a tad sweeter, and I loved their pain au chocolate. Nice vibes inside and my daughter loved the decorations.

Amazing coffee! The staff is always helpful & nice! Alternatives available. They often air roast coffee beans in house, which is very cool. Lots of seasonal and fun drinks. The bagel breakfast sandwiches are 10/10. I have visited all of the locations and they are all great!

Went into Kribi Coffee this weekend. I placed an order for a coffee and a pastry with extra cream.
When I received my cup, it was half full, and the gentleman said, with extra room, so then I had to ask for cream. I proceeded to wait for over 10 minutes for my pastry. While waiting, got to stand back and observe. People were coming and going.
While observing, I noticed a woman coming in and clocking into work. I was standing against the wall, and she gave me the nastiest look imaginable. I just stood there, continuing to mind my own business.
As she clocked in and proceeded to go on the other side of the counter, she took her personal water bottle, took the lid off, and filled it up with water.
The water dispenser was close to where her mouth makes contact with the top of the water bottle. She continued to give nasty looks. I believe her name is Liz, based on the comment somebody else made when calling over to her. I simply want to feel appreciated as a customer and not have to wait forever for a pastry.

(a quick edit to add context to the star rating from my most recent experience a few months back)Kribi is a really cute shop and is a fun place to be in. The flavored drinks and food are pretty decent but ordering plain cappuccinos left a lot to be desired. The steamed milk didn't really have any microfoam, so the cups I've gotten before have basically been espresso with milk that's been over steamed and large bubbles that hadn't been integrated properly for good microfoam. With that being said, I do recommend this place if you are more into the more recipe-based drinks or want a snack. They have great offerings and I've had nothing but positive experiences with that staff! The beans that I've bought have also been great options if you like making espresso drinks or pour overs at home, so check those out as well.
