We frequent this location and we love Lou Malnati's Pizza. We celebrated my daughter's birthday. Server was great and attentive though I can't remember her name. She took care of our needs especially with 6 hungry pre-teens dining with us. Only thing that I was put off by was when we asked for some salt for the table, we were told that the restaurant didn't have any salt. When a manager later on dropped by our table I decided to ask again if they had salt,...

Not sure what happened with the service but ordered kids hamburger, small deep dish and large thin crust. Hamburger came first on its own which was fine. Deep dish came 20 min later but no thin crust. Thin crust came to the table 45 min after we ordered. Server was very surly but manager was nice - apologized and comped thin crust.

This was our first time at this location and it was a great experience! At the other locations we were called in advance to pre-order our pizza since it takes a while so I did the same with the Oak Park location and while the food was really good I was a bit disappointed that the pizza came out at the same time as the appetizers.
