honestly expected something completely different, food was good but so expensive for the quantity and type. I understand it is latin inspired/infused, but it was really “white washed” as the market ceviche we ordered was just four pieces of tuna with vinegar ??? Really nice service tho, just not what was expected or worth it

Although the food was very good, there was a live band playing in the other room, which apparently happens every other Thursday. As a result, it was hard on our ears and nearly impossible to have a conversation. It did not appear that there was anywhere even a little quiet in the restaurant. If you want to talk with the people you're dining with, make sure it isn't a Thursday music night.

We had a 6:30 reservation on a Friday night and when we arrived we were immediately seated. The restaurant was busy but servers were very attentive and friendly. I had the Paloma (so good!) and we had the chicken enchiladas, mushroom tostadas, and plantains. All three items were very good. The flan at the end of the meal was very sweet so not the best item we tried. It is located in the cutest little area of shops and restaurants in Oak Park. Easy to find low cost parking. We paid $1.50 for two hours. We will definitely be back to this restaurant!

The spicy mezcal margarita is phenomenal and I usually order the carne asada or the grilled shrimp with black rice - the shrimp are huge! Great atmosphere to celebrate a special occasion or a fun night out. Service is excellent.
