The lines here are long, and the service needs work. Sometimes, it takes the cashier 10 minutes to take your order. Customers have also gotten their food orders incorrect.

Everyone was pleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and modern. Food was fresh. Drive-thru line was a bit long, but not too bad.

Not a single English speaking person working when I visited 3/10. This is a problem. People employed in America should speak English!

The food is okay, considering it’s McDonalds and it’s fast food. I recommend getting the food through mobile order and picking up rather than grubhub. The service may be a little slow, but the staff is very nice. The clientele are a bit impatient, and you run the chance of seeing a few.. charismatic people there.

This location is in the heart of Oak Park/ Chicago. It's always busy. It used to be GREAT! It's slowly improving. With the number of drive thru patrons, the staff is pretty good with getting you served. Sometimes I use the app to order and wait in drive thru/ Curbside spaces. The downfall seems to be the unruly teens and indigent individuals begging in the drive thru and loitering inside. I thought that since it's directly nextdoor to Oak Park's municipal building, the problem wouldn't exist this bad! I've patronized this location on/off over 30 years and I only go out of convenience. The food isn't that bad, but only by drive thru. Customer service seems to be questionable EVERYWHERE! This morning my Egg McMuffin was undercooked and runny! I didn't have the patience of returning to the restaurant!Parking: There are at least 20 private parking spaces for the location, but it's normally so crowded that you can't park.

I use to like this place but it’s too many beggars standing outside the establishment. They standing near the entrance, by drive through window and walking up to cars. It make you not want to stop in or dine in due to feeling like you may get robbed!

I stopped by this McDonald's location while visiting family in the western suburbs of Chicago. Conveniently located just a few blocks from the Oak Park stop on the CTA Green Line, this McDonald's provided a reliable, inexpensive meal after a long day exploring The Windy City. While this McDonald's lacks the architectural grandeur of some of Chicago's iconic structures, it fulfills its function as a stop for an affordable, quick bite to eat. The staff was polite and efficient as they took orders and served up classic McDonald's fare like Big Macs, fries, and shakes. Not the most exciting meal, but it hit the spot on a chilly winter evening in Chiberia.Being so close to downtown Chicago, this McDonald's provides an easy option for visitors looking to refuel before hopping back on the L and heading to locations like the Art Institute or Wrigley Field. It's also a popular midday meeting spot for Oak Park residents looking to grab a Big Mac without traveling all the way into the City that Works. While it may not offer the dining experience of a restaurant within the city limits, for those in the western suburbs just needing a basic burger and fries, this McDonald's gets the job done. Just remember to bring your jacket - you'll definitely feel the wind off the prairie at this location!
