Horrible customer service. Owner seems to be a miserable person. Not just rude to us but customer after me. Someone said hey why dont you smile and his response said was I dont smile. So sad to be a buisness owner and be so rude. Cooks are nicer, he doesn't even say greet customer. So sad will not be coming back only because of bad service.

We love Michael’s! The hot dogs and burgers are excellent, and the staff are super friendly! Big shout out to Gabriel who has gone out of his way to make me and my kiddo feel like regulars. Great spot!

I generally would return to express the disappointment. I was frustrated after the first taste as there was an excessive amount of salt added all over our fries. I believe you should ask if you want salt added. The chicken tenders purchase was fried extremely hard. I also order a chicken Philly that had more green peppers then chicken on the sandwich. This place may only be good for a burger and beef. I wouldn’t suggest choosing beyond that. We tossed our meal away. Very displeased.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Came here to place order for chili dog and pizza puff. Asked for bbq sauce on my pizza puff they said extra cost, fine. Then proceeded to give me the order they preferred, sauce on side. I politely said thanks so much but I’d prefer refund. This IS THE RUDDIEST EMPLOYEE, then told me to come back tomorrow, to speak to manager. Mind you they have the food, I paid cash for, and reviewed my order before I left. You a lie! You charge me extra, and won’t make it the way I paid for it. You put it on the fries, but not against the pizza puff…what’s the difference ? And you charged me? Called police immediately. A shame

Went to Michael’s beef cause I heard someone say it was better than Johnnie’s, not even close in my opinion. The fries were top notch but I was disappointed in the beef, average at best, just lacked flavor.
Three stars is the best I can give them, might have been 2 stars but the fries saved the day.

Customer service sucks. The cashier (maybe owner) was uninvited, and there was no smile, rude, pointing at signs when ask a question. I wanted to sit down and eat, but the environment was cold and dry. First and last time no matter how the food tastes.

The italian beef has good portion sizes, fries are okay but there is no flavor in that meat. I had it extra juicy but there was zero flavor. Too much pepper and too much salt. The cashier dude is very friendly but some of the cooks are not very passionate about their jobs, and sometimes they have attitude. This used to be a good joint, but it's no longer the same.
