As always Chef Paco and his amazing team never disappoints. EVERYTHING on the menu is phenomenal so you can’t go wrong. My favorite dishes are the Fiesta Mole and Tacos Chetumal. His Tortilla Soup is also the best in the world. Highly recommend this place for the food, ambience and of course Chef Paco! Oh My God!!

The new New Rebozo. Still transcendent food, amazing hospitality, and solid vegetarian options as well. Treat yourself to a margarita and say hi to Chef Paco— oh my God!
Vegetarian options: The fiesta mole can be made with a split of beans, guacamole, and hibiscus.

This was a God awful meal. I ordered the chicken and chorizo enchiladas and the red sauce literally tasted like cigarette ashes.
It was terrible.
I took several bites because I thought surely I was tripping but not it tasted like I was eating an ashtray.
Also the Mexican rice was not Mexican at all.

Great food and service. Much too pricey, however. Chef Paco a great host and very welcoming.
Wish I could add more positive about the place but the cost too great. Servers were friendly, also. Taking a pass on appetizers might redeem the value obstacle.

I always enjoy coming here.
Paco makes our dining experience even better.
As I waited for my friend, who was 30 minutes late, I enjoyed a wonderful cocktail - Corn Charco - crunchy chips & salsa, and chafing with Paco
My friend is vegetarian so, for the pleasure of sharing dishes, I choose to forseak meats for the night.
We shared the 6-enchiladas plate with 6 different types of mole including their original Pobleno and Pipian, and Chile Nogada (one of my favorite).
They use, for the Chile and one of the enchiladas, Flor de Jamaica - Hibiscus Flowers.
The texture was tender and chewy like pulled, the look was like stewed meat, and the flavor was a subtle sour and slightly bitter picking up the spices. It was delicious
I had a second cocktail, Disaronno Agave Old Fashioned, excellent pairing well with our vegetarian meal
For dessert, we shared flan, a coffee-flavored flan, not that sweet and the texture was more like cheesecake than flan. Very good.
The space is small, and it gets a little loud, so I like to go early, and the food and drinks are worth my one-hour drive from the west burbs.
It's a favorite restaurant for my son and me. No

Delicious moles, drinks and the seasonal stuffed pepper is amazing! The service is wonderful and personable as well.
Nrebozo is the next incarnation of New Rebozo, a concept by the stellar personality and chef Paco originally in nearby Oak Park, now settled in downtown Forest Park. Given the new ambiance and location, does the restaurant maintain the excellence of its prior location?
Without question, this is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Chicago. Paco is an expert of his craft and absolutely gushes with charm. The new location sports the same level of care and precision in its food and drinks. I’ve ordered moles from here several times, each one complex but also distinct. Variations using chocolate, dried peppers, peanut, and even pistachio really highlight his creativity and are dumbfoundingly impressive. It’s truly incredible how diverse, interesting, and palatable the food is here. Pair the food with any number of his perfectly balanced margaritas for an excellent dining experience that is vastly underutilized. Getting seats during a weekday has been effortless and is, frankly, shocking. I will certainly be back.
Summarizing my dining experience, what better way to express my satisfaction than to quote Paco by using his own catch phrase: "Oh my God!"

The food was delicious especially the mole sampler. The service was attentive and the chef coming to the table to take our order was great. We’re coming back next time with more people so we can sample more of the menu.
