Paco is so talented, and his moles are the best I’ve had in my life! Not only that, he is the kindest person, and dining at NRebozo is always an incredible experience.
Maybe I’m biased because Chef Paco was the first person I would let hold me besides my mother as a baby, but this is my favorite restaurant in the whole world. I grew up eating Paco’s OMG ice cream, but even as an adult now, I’ve never found anything that compares to NRebozo. The food is so unique and the service is impeccable. I personally think it deserves a Michelin star. ❤️❤️❤️

Went here for our date night. Best restaurant experience ever. We were served by Chef Paco who explained everything and gave his personal recommendations which were excellent. Would recommend people to try this restaurant at least once because you will definitely be back after the first visit.

Amazing service and amazing food. Was able to accommodate our party of 10. Chef Paco has a great presence and explained the menu and the history of the dishes with great detail and passion. Will definitely be going back. Also the hibiscus mocktails are a great alternative and extremely flavorful.

I have loved around the corner from here for years and finally got to stop in. Loved the ambiance. It brought me back to my time in Mexico City. We were warmly greeted and personally waited on by chef Paco. Chef has so much personality and passion! Everything was tasty from the steak quesadillas to the mole to the passion fruit margaritas. There’s like 100 Mexican restaurants on Madison (lol) but this truly stands out. I can’t wait to visit again! The tres leches was also amazing with a nice twist!
