Paco is so talented, and his moles are the best I’ve had in my life! Not only that, he is the kindest person, and dining at NRebozo is always an incredible experience.

Maybe I’m biased because Chef Paco was the first person I would let hold me besides my mother as a baby, but this is my favorite restaurant in the whole world. I grew up eating Paco’s OMG ice cream, but even as an adult now, I’ve never found anything that compares to NRebozo. The food...

Fantastic atmosphere and creative, fresh, delicious dishes and cocktails! You can tell that Chef Paco is genuinely excited to welcome guests and show off his wonderful creations. When a chef takes such pride in their work, it speaks volumes!

Can’t wait to go back and try the other dishes we simply didn’t have room for!
