The best milkshake I’ve ever had. Must visit.

When I went to high school, I would often get a milk shake after. It was always delicious and very generous portionsI've only been back a handful of times since graduating, but nothing has changed in terms of quality. Today was no different.I ordered the mint chip shake (regular size), and the size was so huge I thought they made a mistake. It was smooth, rich, and just fantastic.I'll definitely be back, but maybe on a empty stomach, so I can finish the thing without issue

Shakes and Sundae's are great and nice ice cream shop to sit in and enjoy, they even have chess table tops if your up for a chess match!

The worker daleia is great, she a hard worker, very friendly and a joy to be around. I will come back if all workers are respectful like her

I just had the most unbelievable experience. A customer was so rude and so disrespectful to staff I was so shocked that people still behave this way. The manager was the most respectful and calm person ever to be able to handle that situation with such grace and patience. The team at oberweis did such a phenomenal job handling the situation and they made me feel comfortable to stay after that. This customer needs to be banned from this shop because that is not the way to speak to people at all. Will be coming back to this location based on the way the team handled this. Keep the hard work going and I’m so sorry you guys were treated this way. Amazing ice cream and service!

The product is great, but too often, I see one kid working while two or three behind the counter chatting it up. They need to be taught to step in when other customers are waiting.

Didn’t feel welcome being in there. They still had a full hour till they closed, but more customers walked in so the woman taking orders shouted “You see, this is why we shouldn’t be open till 10!” They we’re also being rude to a woman ordering something on the side of her sundae. Very weird cringe behavior from the staff.

It took twenty minute to get my 1 scope Vinnela in a waffle bowl bc they forgot, but the man in the front (who said he liked my name) was able to help and got my my cream!, the cream was very tasty and the workers were very help foul, five starts would come again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came in to have Oberweiss for the first time ever on Friday with my family from out of town after having dinner at another restaurant down the street. 1st impressions were the service was really slow, and the menu is hard to read while standing in line because its blocked by signs hanging from the ceiling. We purchased ice cream sandwiches, and they were THE BLANDEST ice cream sandwiches EVER. The ice cream in the middle tastes like ice, like absolutely nothing. The cookies are simply ok. Certainly weren't worth the cost. Not a giant fan of chains either so probably won't be back after this.

Issue is they aren’t good at confirming DoorDash orders. So it’s always anyone’s guess if you are going to receive service or not. Pretty amazing oversight.

The employees had horrible attitudes. I asked for a cup for water and 2 girl workers just stared at me. The two guys on the shift were nice.
