Poor Phil's is a classic neighborhood bar. It has a warm and inviting feel to it. For the most part, it is devoid of alcoholics, barflys and weirdos, and for a bar in today's world that is impressive. The food at Poor Phil's is very good and the happy hour is outstanding! If you like seafood at a pub, go to Poor Phil's and grab a meal with a beer.
Came in for lunch on a Monday afternoon. Not too busy , easy parking, fast friendly service, and great drinks and food. The lobster bisque was creamy warm and cozy. It paired well with the Bloody Mary too !
