The restaurant needs a serious upgrade. Everything is outdated and showing signs of wear and tear, from the ceiling to the floor. The vents were filthy. The food is edible, not necessarily nasty, but definitely not delicious. The rib tips were not fresh. The mac-n-cheese was the worst. They need to close the doors, revamp the recipes, and add some touches of tlc.

I did not eat in I ordered it and ate in my car. Well was about to eat it. The Mac n cheese had to no flavor and looked like it had some type of weird cheese that was way yellow then the sauce-y cheese. The bbq chicken sandwich was extremely dry. The fries were not seasoned. We ordered sausage links and received bbq rib tips. Which were actually decent. The greens looked like mediocre. But overall I was highly disappointed. I will never stop there again.

These were some of the worst rib tips I've had in years!! While visiting Chicago, I insisted on getting rib tips from Robinson. I had always enjoyed their Halstead & Armitage location, but it has closed down. So my friend and I stopped by the Oak Park location. The tips were old and absolutely horrible to eat.

I live for mild sauce and tell all my friends in Seattle and othEr places u need to have mild sauce, I asked for extra mild sauce ON THE SIDE! Let me telllll youuu ????? i Honestly don’t knowwwww what they are using in there but IT WASSSSSS NOT ON THE SIDE! Problem 1! Itsssss NOTTTTTTTTTT MILD sauce PROBLEM 2 it’s cheap I can taste all kinds of funky flavors in it and multiple sauces mixed as I do taste mild but a nasty bbq sauce over taking the mild! And it was drenched on top like I read from many other comments STRIKE 3! I had to add my own tatter tots to TRYYYY TO SALVAGE IT! But the sauce on the side wasn’t needed from how much sauce was used and it’s a nasty sauce again this is DOG FOOD TRASH ? I spent 45$ and SO it made the meat useless…… honestly I want a refund! what a WASTE YOU’RE BETTER OFF COOKING IN YOUR OWN OVEN AND MIXING SAUCES AT HOMEEEEE.this Is turning into a rant but only because i had no idea it could be so bad!thank god I didn’t eat there I can only imagine!

It was luke warm and the fries was under cooked. When you spending 30 plus dollars on your food you want quality. Maybe it was an off day. Not sure but this place isn't for me. Sorry...

Ordered a combination Large tips and hot link. Repeated the order 3 × put the sauce on the side.. When I got home, my dinner was drenched with sauce. My Renal diet cannot have barbecue sauce and tomato sauce In excess, This is Why I repeated sauce on the side. Tried calling but no one answers the phone. Please respond. Were you trying to cover up something Using that much sauce.
