Do not have any expectations, not my favorite just the closest when I’m desperate. No consistency, like every time a new person making a pizza for the first time. This time the crust was not right. I use to get pizza in Montgomery Illinois at Rosati’s it was good that’s the only reason I went here. Probably come back in January or February

In the past I have had good experience. This time they didn't deliver one of the pizzas. When I called to report this the manager wasn't very friendly or courteous

Best Pizza, especially the sauce to cheese ratio! Plus they have rewards and all their food is excellent, even their salads. I HIGHLY recommend!

The 2 pizzas I bought on 8/16 totalled $58.30 and they were terrible. The cheese on both was dry and leathery. The 4 ingredient vegetarian pizza looked as if it had been burned on top because parts were burnt looking. I had ordered at around 4:15 pm and picked up around 4:50 pm, the designated readiness time. I called to complain around 6 pm. I was told to bring the pizzas back. But, I was settled at home a 15 minute drive away and had had some wine. So, I didn't want to go out again. I picked at some of the vegetarian pieces. My brother threw most of his ground beef pizza out.

I was going to suck up the loss of the $60 for terrible pizza, but the next morning I was still thinking about paying that much for such terrible food. So, I brought what was left from the vegetarian pizza and the burger pizza back to the store. Both the employee and manager said that neither pizza was burnt - they flipped the pieces over to show a no-burned bottom. Ok. But, the employee pulled out black pieces from the top of the pizza and said that those things were tomatoes. Then, both the employee and the manager said that the dry leathery cheese looked that way because the pizza had probably been sitting in the warming oven for several hours which can cause such a result. I was also informed that the warming oven is not a regular oven so it does not burn, as if to confirm that my pizzas were not burned. Well, ok, they weren't burned, but the cheese was dry and leathery as if it had been sitting in that warming oven for hours. I picked up the pizzas within 40 minutes of ordering them.

I can only conclude that the pizzas I bought were old. The manager told me that despite all the rules, he would refund me the $58.30 and that I would see a credit in a few days. I have yet to see a refund. I also emailed the email I found online for who I think is the owner. No response.

I never give reviews online, especially detailed negative reviews. But, I am so disappointed in what I got from Rosati's Oak Park, IL, that I have taken all these measures to express how upset this has made me.

I won't buy Rosati's pizza again unless someone can convince me otherwise.

That Pizza was really good. But unfortunately the last one that I had, uh, just a little too much tomato paste. Over all Great Pizza.

CDD was fire. A lil light on toppings but they’ve otherwise got the format down to a T

Thin crust pizza is really good, but a little too salty.

Tried Rosati’s recently and overall, it was just okay. I ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza, and while the flavors were decent, the dough felt a little underdone—like it could’ve used another 5 to 10 minutes in the oven to really crisp up. That took away from the overall bite and texture.

The wait time was longer than expected, but not outrageous. I wasn’t thrilled, but I’m also not mad about it. It’s one of those “middle of the road” experiences.

If I had to rate it, I’d give it a 6 out of 10. Edible, but not memorable. I might give them another try in the future, but I’ll probably ask for the crust well-done next time.
