We came in for our first time and were highly disappointed by the service. The wait was long, which was annoying. But, it happens. What was most frustrating about our experience was that two separate groups that arrived after us were served before us. First come, first served is apparently not the motto at the OP Smoothie King. To add insult to injury, the smoothies that we got were only okay. Also, they had it setup so that people could not sit at a table to enjoy their smoothies, which made no sense.

Yesterday was my first time ever trying smoothie king. I decided to purchase me and my son an açaí bowl, which is something we get all the time from deep purpl or bliss. While the bowl was ok, the customer service was trash. The short brown girl clearly didn’t want to be at work. She rolled her eyes, she moved slow and her energy made me want to walk out and not spend my money here. Even though I didn’t walk away because we really wanted to try the bowls I probably won’t come back.

Great place for a healthy and tasty smoothie. Tons of options, from high-protein blends to fruit-focused energizers. Staff is usually friendly and quick, and everything’s made fresh. Prices are a bit high, but worth it if you want something filling and nutritious. Love their post-workout options!
