Stopped in during middle of my morning walk on a snowy Saturday. Very nice and cozy spot, baristas very kind, attentive and polite. Service was great. Definitely will go back again when I’m in the area
I come in daily for F&B and sometimes just for ice. The store is usually not clean and now all of the sudden no one can get ice water? Some of the baristas literally just say anything and it’s ridiculous. Other than that, management is nice and efficient. I’ve only ever had two horrible experiences here, which is why I took away 2 stars.
When I came for a cup of cold foam for my pups last meal, I was nervous to make such a strange request and a bit overwhelmed in general. I could barely get the request out without crying but the cashier was so kind. She made me a big batch in an oatmeal bowl which was the perfect for for my girls snout.
