I have not received this great of customer service in the Chicago/Chicagoland area EVER. The server was kind in nature, but what really impressed me was when the kiosk automatically asked for a tip and I payed, he went back and cancelled the transaction so that I would not tip without my knowledgeable consent.

Went in and a guy took my order ,fixed it then rung it up, right before he bagged it he stopped and confirmed somebody else who walked in after me , and took care of him before he came back to me , very rude and unprofessional, will not be back there.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the behavior of an employee at your on 05/21/25.
During my visit, I experienced unprofessional and rude behavior from an older looking woman with glasses. I attempted to place my order politely, but the employee responded in a dismissive and curt manner. Not only was she dismissing, but herself along with other crew members were not wearing hair nets which is another problem. When I asked her if the wrap she was making was a foot long she responded in such a rude manner I should’ve walked out at that point but I did not. I’ll never visit this subway location again, and I’ll definitely notify the health department of the staff not wearing hairnets as well.

I just moved to oak park, and I guess this is my subway now. They are TERRIBLE! They always seem to be stoned and apathetic about everything. They take forever, do not remember the order, and can't make a sandwich.

This is my favorite Subway I've ever been to, and the owners and employees are wonderful people providing excellent service. I have truly never gotten a bad sandwich from this particular location, and doubt I ever will. Thank you to my friendly neighborhood Subway.
