I HAD A COUPON TO PURCHASE A FOOTLONG BUY ONE GET ONE FREE, BUT NOT ALLOWED TO USE IT BECAUSE THIS SUBWAY WOULDN'T EXCEPT MY COUPON... NOW THIS SUBWAY IS LOCATED IN OAK PARK, ILLINOIS; EVEN THOUGH THE COUPONS WAS DISTRIBUTED TO OAK PARK RESIDENCE... Always have to ask for more toppings. They also look at you some type of way for wanting to use coupons that subway SENT to your home! Very frustrating when your a regular who never uses coupons! May not go back here again!!
If the young lady was more focused on insuring I did not get a stale loaf rather than correcting me on the appropriate title of a sandwich option I would’ve had a better experience. I purposely request my sandwich not to be toasted in store to test the quality of bread received

Attendant who fixed my order was rude and had a very bad attitude as he made my sandwich I ordered online...didn't get the order correct and argued with me about "why didn't I order the regular steak and cheese if I want it like that"...extremely dissatisfied with my experience here as well as the sandwich I paid for...won't ever go here again and probably won't eat subway again because this stores experience has happened at other subways more than I'd like.
