Sweet Monster - Bubble Tea, Ice Cream & Deserts

I ordered a mango and strawberry ice cream with no toppings beside the fruit. The young lady who was working at 7:22pm was so rude and decided to use her hand to just wipe the whipped cream off instead of making a fresh ice cream for my toddler. She was extremely rude and seeing i spent $30 plus dollars and it was my first time, i would never come back. Due to her rude customer service I would never return.

we were looking for ice cream at 930 at night and sweet monster was open!! this was our first visit, and we was not disappointed the place is not big and parking is scarce lol the girls behind the counter were so nice , pleasant and patient we got the s'mores and nutella DELICIOUS!!

My daughter spotted this place and we thought it would be cool to go. Unfortunately it needs to be a lot bigger! Kids from everywhere as well as adults want to grab one of their CUTE CREATIONS! But to order and have to wait outside for it between 30-45 minutes is ridiculous! You have to pay first and there aren't any refunds! To spend $10 dollars wasn't that bad because you get fresh fruit and other sweet treats in your cup. The problem is more so location, staffing, and waiting time. Never go on a crowded day or hot day because it will start melting by the time it gets assembled!

Don’t order in person. Went for ice cream on a Saturday @ 8:00pm. Took over an hour for two cups of ice cream. One individual making every rolled ice cream order…not a good strategy.

We come at least once every two weeks and we love this place! Drinks are always consistent and the staff is always fast to make the orders, even in busy rushes.The only thing that sucks about coming is the parking in front! There is never any parking and we have to park down the block or sometimes a few blocks away! Not Sweet Monster’s fault though.
