I’ve ordered here many times and I really love their salads. I plan to continue to go here but it’s extremely challenging to get to with the predatory parking lot, as others have mentioned, that they are in. I’ve only parked and had to pay there once but I see a lot of tow trucks just waiting to scoop people up. It’s a very odd way of paying as well and is very time-consuming for people just wanting to pick up a salad. Nevertheless, I still find myself going here but we will only use this parking lot if there is no other parking within a two block radius. Hopefully the location can move to a much better area. They are great

I visited today for the first time Nov 24 and there was a lil black, light skinned, woman with glasses the shortest server in there and she waited on me reluctantly bevause i was a lilttle confused as to what i jad irdered and ask if it would be okay if she changed it she had only used one ingredient! Her attitude and the condescending way she talk to me really hurt my feelings after she made my salad she proceeded to waited on a little boy and praised him for knowing exactly what he wanted and said that he is much better than some adults who come in all confused as she turned her head looking and speaking telepathically with her coworker for encouragement if i weren’t sick i would have commented but sometimes you have to pick your battles

Great service on my first very first visit to Sweet Green. Now knowing what to order, Mia did an excellent job of guiding and making recommendations. The food was fresh, the right temperature and there is enough variety in the ingredients not to be bored of their selection. Would recommend to anyone looking for a delicious and quick alternative for lunch or even dinner.

Caesar salad and Altum harvest weren't our faves. Maybe way too much dressing, I dunno. But hey, the salad had a ton of protein, which is awesome. One serving kept me full all day. Their drinks were way too out there; they should keep it simple. This location not very nice around and too many weirdos people.

I love sweetgreen and was excited to have one in Oak Park. Unfortunately this is such a bad location. Online pick up is disorganized, and extremely slow. Also they mess up the order modifications every single time.

I really like SweetGreen, however Oak Park location is not the one! They never have ingredients ready like sweet potatoes or mushrooms! Always was told I had to wait at least 10 minutes (happened w steak or salmon too)! The worst part is that they never told me before something isn’t ready, but after mine bowl was already half way done! I tried to order through the app, so I can avoid this problem w waiting, but again there were missing items in my order! Second thing what could be better is the attitude of some employees! Oak Park SweetGreen can do better, and if not there are plenty of other options where to get the food!

Ordered a Miso salmon on the app at 2:30. Did not get the salad til 3:25. They said that there was no white rice. They said the white rice would be ready in 20 min but it wasn't. When I got home there was zero dressing wth the salad.
This isn't the first time. Last time it was no sweet potatoes for over a month.
Im never ordering here again.
