I really like SweetGreen, however Oak Park location is not the one! They never have ingredients ready like sweet potatoes or mushrooms! Always was told I had to wait at least 10 minutes (happened w steak or salmon too)! The worst part is that they never told me before something isn’t ready, but after mine bowl was already half way done! I tried to order through the app, so I can avoid this problem w waiting, but again there were missing items in my order! Second thing what could be better is the attitude of some employees! Oak Park SweetGreen can do better, and if not there are plenty of other options where to get the food!

Ordered a Miso salmon on the app at 2:30. Did not get the salad til 3:25. They said that there was no white rice. They said the white rice would be ready in 20 min but it wasn't. When I got home there was zero dressing wth the salad.
This isn't the first time. Last time it was no sweet potatoes for over a month.
Im never ordering here again.

Placed an online order and waited for a long time in the store. Very disorganized wasn't clear where the pickup orders were. Staff didn't say anything to me while I waited. My order was there all along in a bag and they could have just handed it to me. Really poor service today. Usually in the past they've been good. But today awful.... Now I get home and they didn't give us any dressing for our salads!

This is the worst sweet green location I’ve ever been to. I placed an online order with an estimated arrival time to pick up at 2pm. I waited by the delivery pick up area for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me standing there. I had to ask for their attention. I asked the attendant at the salad bar.. if my order was ready. He replied, sorry I don’t know I’m only work up here as he points to the salad bar. They hadn’t even started working on my order until after I arrived. You have to pay for parking in their parking lot the least they can do is be punctual about orders. There is a validation QR code but you have to ask for it otherwise you will pay for your parking.

Have ordered twice and both times the food was wrong. I only discovered it when I got home and there is no one to call. You end up texting AI customer support that is slow and lame. I can't recommend this place.
Reading the replies to other customers' reviews it is clear that management either doesn't care or just uses ai to autoreply. Sad.

$17 for salad is rip off Bibipop or chipotle much better and cheaper Mariano’s, Whole Foods or Jewel salad would be even half of it.. first and last time eating there
When I asked to add one egg $1.5 extra, cheese same $1.5 It’s crazy I would pay even more for this salad….
