Love the food but service was a little slow. They were swamped with online orders and didn't pay much attention to the walk up customers. I love the wild rice and sweet potato. The workers were nice but they were just too overwhelmed with the online and door dash stuff.

I consistently use their online ordering service for pick-up or delivery, but I've encountered recurring issues with my orders at the Oak Park location. From frozen dressings to missing items like Salmon or Chicken (which I've paid extra for), it's become frustratingly frequent. Despite being given credits each time, the inconvenience persists. While I prefer this location due to its proximity to my workplace, the reliability concerns are pushing me to consider alternatives. It's disheartening because I've had at least five or more incidents, tarnishing an otherwise great company reputation among loyal customers.

Sweetgreen, sweetgreen…the way I feel about you. I never imagined that I could feel so much love for a restaurant, but I have fallen head over heels for you. I want you and your Miso Glazed Salmon in my life for eternity. Marry me. ?? Jokes aside, the food is amazing.

I visited this sweetgreens location several times while in town to see family for the holidays. The corner location is great to sit and people watch in downtown oak park. Seems very clean and efficiently ran for the most part. Try to get Caleb make your salad, for whatever reason tasted best when he put it together. The other times I went and others made it, it was just a bit lack luster.

I order from here once a week to be delivered to work. I would say 8/10 times my order is wrong- either missing a dressing, no silverware (and I do mark to have it) or no bread. I will say though that I contacted costumer service once, and they gave me credit and a refund. Otherwise, the food is always delicious with fresh ingredients!

Please re-staff. I arrived today to pick up my order. Young lady, glasses + red hair, behind the counter ignore me as I entered. As I walked up to the counter I said I was there to pick up my order. She still ignored me, did not look up at me. A gentleman wearing a headband came from the back he asked if I was picking up, I gave my name, he had to make the order. (Not sure why it wasn’t made ahead of time since it was pick up). When he finished I was slightly distracted by conversations another customer sparked up, he must have called out my name but I did not hear, when I turned around to hear my name again, the gentleman rolled his eyes and walked to the end of the counter and held out my order like he was irritated with me. I am a fan of Sweet green being opened closer to where I live but I guess I will continue going to Fulton Market’s sweet green 33mins away from me.Your employees build/represent your company and a large part of your companies success DEPENDS on the customer service.

I got FOOD POISONING from this location on 10/29/23. I ordered a Kale Caesar salad and substituted the chicken with salami and added red onions and bread crumbs. About 2 hours later, I got violently ill with sever stomach cramps and uncontrollable explosive diarrhea. I contacted Sweetgreen and reported my experience to their customer experience process of text, online questionnaire and email. I was promised a refund and a call back from a customer service rep. The next day I got an email saying that I missed their call. This is not true as I was at home sick all day and had no missed calls or voicemails. I responded to the email with my phone number (just in case they got it wrong). A week later, no call from Sweetgreen, no refund for my bacteria salad. I am saddened and hurt by the lack of follow-up as my wife and I have been supporters of Sweetgreen since they opened their first store in Chicago.

This Sweetgreen is my new favorite because of Keely. I came in with one of my students and her 1 year old baby. We were chaotic. Keely was patient, helpful and calm. I am grateful for people like Keely and delicious food from Sweetgreen.

Horrendously staffed. Be prepared to wait in line for twenty minutes even if there's only a few people in front of you because they only have ONE person working the line during lunchtime for some reason. Too cheap to schedule more people? I don't understand the logic.
