My husband and I went to this location earlier, and neither of us have anything positive to say about it. The wait was 30 minutes to an hour, and the host didn’t even notify us when our table was ready; we had to go back inside and ask.
Our server took a significant amount of time to get to us and those seated after us, and he was not very helpful when it came to answering questions about the menu. When it was time for us to place our order, he was quick to walk away instead of taking time to fulfill and confirm it. When our food came out, we found that he had misinterpreted our order and didn’t bring us what we had asked for.
The food itself was underwhelming: the Philly cheesesteak was overloaded with onions, and the grilled chicken tasted bogus. Furthermore, the Caesar salad tasted like pickles, so my husband didn’t finish it and asked for it to be taken off the bill. Also, we didn’t even get silverware or napkins off the bat; we had to ask our server for them.
When it came time to pay, our server charged us for a side of fries instead of correcting the mistake he had made previously. While he did discount our salad, he failed to realize that the fries were supposed to replace the salad; ergo, we shouldn’t have been charged for the fries in the first place, especially since our server would’ve taken the salad off our bill anyway.
Overall, this has been the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. Do not go here.

Had the mushroom Swiss it was ok not too much flavor to it. The Fries were great though. The server took a really long time for everything and even had to refund our appetizer because they did not have it. I probably won't come here again.

I never thought I had to say anything about it but here goes. Even though I used to enjoy coming here sometimes it was a lot lively (I mean it’s still lively, but not as much). This place has become rundown overtime and not what it seems to be. As for the food, it was okay (I had the chicken fettuccine alfredo), but was a bit too salty for me. However, the mozzarella sticks was very good. As for the waiter (I forgot his name), was actually really nice and cool. Other than that, this may be the last time coming here. It was great until the very end. No bad service or anything, it’s just not what it used to be. Heck, I even seen fewer iconic movie posters and other art on their walls now. Peace.

I have been to this location numerous times but this last experience and previous was just bad. I ordered chicken wings and they were hard and dried out drenched in hot sauce instead of buffalo sauce. They were also black inside. I had the sautéed shrimp which were ok but had an awful lot of butter on them and only had 5 and was charged $5.00. My niece had the chicken sizzling plate. She didn’t like her food neither. The chicken portion was small and tasteless with an overwhelming amount of onions and bell peppers, she did say that the mashed potatoes were good. The Cajun chicken and shrimp was not seasoned at all just had a bunch of tasteless sauce. Needless to say I will not be back at this location ever again. The restaurant needs an upgrade, starting with their cooks.

Walked in and immediately left and drove 30 minutes away to the Rosemont location (and thank god I did - so refreshing compared to this location!)
The smell and vibe alone was enough to leave then the employees were a whole other story ?

I am a Uber/ DoorDash driver so I am in and out of this restaurant with orders. I never dined in until tonight. My waitress was a lady named Jazmine (spelling?) that was Johnny On The Spot to whatever we needed at the table. The service was great and my steak was cooked to perfection. I came in at 8 o’clock, so I’m guessing the restaurant was winding down and pretty much empty, which is good because I have a bit of social anxiety. I couldn't have asked for a better dinner night, and my waitress deserves some great recognition or an extra break or two. Thanks for letting us dine in.

Enjoyed the food picked up from this location. It has been awhile since we have had Fridays. Everyone was very happy with the quality and meals they ordered.
Steak was done not medium so do be mindful of that. Steak was a good cut.
Mashed potatoes and broccoli were very good. Best broccoli for not being a steakhouse.
The fried stuff was crispy crunchy perfect. Nothing fried was soggy.
Deserts were spot on.
Fyi, I did the pickup so no delays to back home.
Parking: Garage inside condo bldg is about 100' away should the regular lot be full.

My sisters and I went to this TGI Friday’s Tuesday, July 23rd around 8:40pm. We walked into the restaurant there was no host to greet or seat us. After standing in the doorway for 2 minutes the bartender of the night approached us and told us we can sit anywhere on the bar side of the restaurant. My sisters and I sat down at a table where on of the chair leg was loose. We then asked our waiter/ bartender, Taquara if we can move in a booth. She replied, you all will have to wait I’m doing a lot and I’m not cleaning that table right now. Her tone was nasty, nonchalant, sassy and as if she didn’t care about pleasing her customers. My sisters and I stayed at the original table. Taquara had poor customer service, spoke unprofessional, negative attitude, and didn’t care about her customers needs!! My sisters and I will not be returning!!

This place got two stars solely because the food was delicious. The service? Atrocious. We were seated by a very unenthusiastic woman, which is perhaps why she seated us directly upwind of the restrooms. After a 10 minute wait with no one taking our order, I requested that we be moved. We waited another 15 minutes and no one came to take our order; they even looked at us and walked on by until I asked if someone was going to take our order. When the server did come to the table, she seemed irritated and rushed, even though the restaurant was practically empty at the time. Still, the server wasn't purposely attentive to us, only coming to the table when she was called over. She was however, extremely accommodating to a table of four seated across from us, and conversed and laughed with them as if she knew them. I don't have a problem with someone giving good service to people they know. But you have to give that type of service to ALL of your customers if you expect to make a living waiting tables.
Anyone who knows me, knows that I'm a tipper, many times exceeding the customary 20%. Yeah, not this time. Except this particular tip: Do better, Friday's.
