It took us forever to be seated but apparently a group of 35 had just walked in so I guess that made sense. Food was okay. Meatballs tasted more like breading than meat and the ribs were delicious but very very sweet. The burger did taste like it was real meat and has some glorious char on it! The appetizer platter with the potato skins and mozzarella cheese sticks was delicious with that marinara sauce but I got the sense the sauce was from a can, not homemade! Nothing really stuck out for me.

I love coming to a restaurant & seeing my people, craziest part is it’s dt oak park !! They have an abundance of my black kings working giving amazing service ?? I haven’t been to this location in awhile but I loved the experience I had and the food was hot, fresh & delicious ! I’ll definitely be back more often !! A+++++ all across the board ! Keep it up !!

My som’s 1st order of chicken strips had some type of sauce smeared on th bottom of the plate near the food… they took it back to make it over and it took 20 mins for 3 chicken strips, waitress was very inattentive. We NEVER got a refill or one offered to us, she was throwing our plates down with no pleasantries and it was just not a good experience. The store has not been updated since they 1st opened and the seats were shaky and unsturdy. Booth seat had no cushion. No manager ever walked the floor to check. My wife had a chicken sandwich that had cold fries. Positive side ALL OF MY HAPPY HOUR MEALS WERE PERFECT. Other than that not a good experience for my wife and 8 year old.Wheelchair accessibility: They did have a wheel chair accessible seat

My family and I visited the restaurant yesterday, 3/23/24. Worst experience, the waiters smelt like Marijuana. We had to search for them when assistance was needed, and the restaurant was not busy at all. Noticed today on my bank statement that there was a tip added to my bill total that I did not authorize. Not only was the service horrible, but theft has occurred as well. This will be reported accordingly.

I’m going to try to stay professional, but it’ll be difficult. This used to be my favorite date spot. Last year I had an amazing experience. I came here today and this young guy was at the door and he sat us down pretty quick. Said he’d be right with us then walked off. It’s not that many people here so I guess people realized this place going down before I did. The waiters were just walking around and talking to eachother while I sat at my table hungry as hell. Then this guy came out in a blue shirt so I’m guessing he’s the manager and took my order. Food came out fast but was missing my bacon on the bacon burger. But I wasn’t upset because he took our order by memory. But then as I’m trying to tell the other waiters about the error, they would look me right in the eyes and ignore me. Then a group of girls came in and they got served almost immediately by the same dudes that ignored me. Just asked for the check 15 minutes ago and still waiting. Breaks my heart to see how bad this place is now. If you come here, be prepared for amazing food that but horrible service. So come with an empty stomach and the patience of a Walgreens CSA

Told someone hey are you guys gonna seat them or what? So we finally sit down, we get our menus.the server walk away said he was gonna come back waiting 15 min he comes takes our drink orders and we ordered an appetizer which were potato skins. We get our potato skins mind you we still have not received our drinks at all not even water we eat our tater skins after we were done eating our tater skins we get our drinks not really because it was supposed to be two sprites and a lemonade we got a sprite lemonade we did not get the alcohol drinks that we ordered. He stated he didn’t know what the holdup was with our alcoholic drinks OK fine can I just order our food we order our food mind you it was about 430 when we ordered our food, so we’re sitting here waiting on our drinks and our food. I see the people three tables behind us receive their alcoholic beverages. I’m looking around like OK where is ours and I still have not received my sprite so I look over into the kitchen and I see this young man just chewing away having a good meal. wow we’re still waiting on ours so mind you it’s about 440 I get up and I go speak to our server and I ask him hey skews me did you put our order in because if you did not I’ll just pay for our two drinks and tater skins he tells me no I haven’t put your order in yet. That’s my bad you should have seen the look on my face. Are you kidding me? We have waited all this time and you haven’t even put our our order in yet, so the manager was standing next to the server and the manager tells us that the sprite lemonade and tater skins were on them not I’m sorry he didn’t put your order in none of that. Do not waste your time coming to this Fridays. It has gone downhill. Their customer service sucks.

Wasn't busy when we showed up around 2pm on a Saturday. Then we waited for a good ten minutes and still no waitress to take our order before we left. And my wife notice 3 employees sittting at a booth by the back bathroom doing nothing. Don't waste your time and money on this place!

I used to go to this Friday's often. However, my last visit was horrible. The restaurant was empty and it was 15 minutes before we were seated. My wife informed me there was no tissue in the bathroom. There was napkins instead of tissue. The dining area had paper everywhere as if the floor hadn't been cleaned. This will be my family's last trip to Friday's. Hopefully they will get it together and provide better service in the future.
