The four of us had a great time at this local gem. We had curry with rice, drunken noodles, and two orders of “chef’s gone crazy”—the chef cooked whatever he wanted for us and they were both pleasant surprises! Everything was delicious, and I have to say that their 3/5 spice level is a pretty solid 3/5. You could definitely taste the spiciness, but it wasn’t the main star of the show. If you like your food spicy, I’d say even go higher.

I'm stuck between wanting this place to go wider and wanting it to stay exactly as it is. Outstanding food, personal service, and a tiny little space. Do me a favor and forget I said anything

Champ and his crew do a great job. I like the “let the chef pick” option, as it’s typically not something I’d think to pick but it’s always tasty and feels like food cooked for only me. :)

Was visiting Oak Park and looking for a solid Thai choice to get carry out for dinner. Our group picked this spot based on reviews. I'm from Chicago where some of the Thai food places are pretty competitive and there are some very good options for the price you pay.
The Good: basically it was good portion sizes. Everything was made to order the way we ordered each dish (heat levels, ingredients picked). They had our food packaged up waiting for us when we walked in. The pad Thai was decent like 3 stars. And that's about it, sad to say.
The Bad: expensive for Thai food so we were expecting good quality. Instead, the curries were bland cheats, not simmered properly in a bouquet of deliciousness. Flavors were cheap tasting and lacking depth. Meats in every dish were of lower grade quality and dry as cardboard, especially the chicken satay and pork. Curry sauce was thin like water. Everything was pretty mid. Even the service was weird. No friendliness, no light conversation at the pickup counter, just here ya go. And they were almost empty for a Saturday night.
My suggestion is you're better off patronizing some other places for Thai where they take pride in their food and work. You will discover what real thoughtful Thai food is and it will rock your world.
Sorry but our group is probably not going back again.

My daughter and her kids enthusiastically recommended we all go here for Sunday lunch. The food was very good. There was a bit of an issue trying to get food my wife could eat given she has a few food sensitivities which seemed to preclude her eating here. But once we got it figured out, we had a tasty meal. The owner waited on us personally and was somewhat helpful with the limited options on the menu for my wife. He is a friendly guy who takes great pride in his restaurant. There isn't any atmosphere here. You go for the food and will not be disappointed.

Excellent service. Many popular Thai dishes to choose from, some with a bit of culinary flair. We all enjoyed the exceptional service and delicious food. I was adventurous and ordered the Chef Go Crazy dish from the special menu. It was amazing! The best shrimp I have ever had, fresh clean, and cooked just right. Wonderful assortment of vegetables, which I love and the light sauce was bright and had just enough heat for me. Portions were perfect to share so we could try each other's dishes. We highly recommend this cute and very clean restaurant.
The food was absolutely amazing—full of flavor and easily some of the best Thai I’ve had. Service was just okay, but I’ll definitely be back for the food alone.

Neighborhood restaurant, small business owned. Food is 10000/10!!! A small space but the variety of menu is on point. They can customize too. We had pad see ew (beef). It was saucy and tender. My husband ordered chicken pad thai, which was also 10000/10!!! They have soft serve ice cream that changes flavor every now and then.

Authentic 🙏
Love at first bite!
I can't say enough about how well both lunch specials tasted. Peak level of flavors and a warm touch of authentic family cooking. The pad thai sauce was amazing and an instant recommendation. The Pad kee mao noodles texture were tender and bouncy. The spice was above medium and enhanced the meal. The teas had a balanced sweetness and plenty of textures.
The music playlist matched the cozy and bold color pops. The staff were very friendly and offered some samples of the delicious Ube ice cream. Over all my new favorite Thai restaurant and will explore more of the menu.

This place is super good! We ordered delivery and were impressed with everything we ordered (curry fried rice, drunken noodles, Korean seafood pancakes). Will definitely be regulars here from now on!
Been here a few times. Friendly space, good vibes. Fun takes on Thai dishes. So far I have had the Fried Chicken Pad Thai and the Hawaiian Pad Thai, plus various starters. Some of the ingredients are not the freshest.
