AMAZINGGGGG!!!

Been coming here for years, what I appreciate are the great bagels and the shmear. The only problem I have is over the years the price goes up and you get less… once this is fixed, will be coming back.

Probably one of the best bagels I’ve had in the greater Chicago area. The service was excellent. The place is really small and crowded, but I would definitely recommend ordering bagels from this place.

It's a wonderful bagel place with fresh options everyday, with the introduction of the jalapeno spread now provides a spicy one as well. I would highly recommend the daily bagel to anyone wanting a good budget friendly place.

The pumpernickel bagel was dried out and stale. Different bagels all thrown together in a bag. Not my cup of tea

Cute local bagel shop. Large variety of bagels/cream cheese and also several bagel sandwich choices (which I did not try but they looked delicious). Their Asiago cheese bagel is my favorite!

Most delicious bagels in town. Not the best for dining in though. Can get noisy and crowded.

I love Daly bagel. Their food always hits the spot no matter what. My only problem is that it is small and they only take credit. I pay in cash because I dont have a card. Overall recommend just dont bring cash :)

Cute place.
7:30am on a Saturday found parking & no line, no wait.

The Obvious needed way more pickled red onions, tomato, cucumbers and capers. Think there was one of each. Good chunk of lox though.

The Sweet & Tart was perfect & a little sweet.

$37 for three bagels sammys.

Walked in all gruff from traffic and the dude asked twice how I was! The Ultimate may be the best bagel sandwich of my life. And the wait - like 2 mins. Really fast.

I recently stopped by The Daly Bagel in Oak Park and came away impressed. Their bagels are chewy and satisfying, with a good crisp crust and soft interior. A few things stood out:

What I loved:
• Great flavor and texture — they do a solid job with “New York–style” bagels.
• Excellent sandwich options — the “Ultimate” (whitefish spread + extras) has been singled out by Chicago Magazines as one of the standout dishes in the area.
• Warm, local feel — the shop’s story (from the owner baking at home to opening a storefront) gives it a community charm.
• Coffee and spreads complement the bagels well, making it a nice spot for breakfast or a light lunch.

What could be better:
• Seating is limited — there are only a couple of small tables and a bench, so during busy times you might need to take your bagel to go.
• Because they make things fresh and with care, some items (especially special sandwiches or spreads) might sell out early.
• Sometimes the shop feels a little cramped if there are many customers inside at once.

All in all, The Daly Bagel is a solid gem in Oak Park. If you love good bagels and want to support a local place with personality, it’s definitely worth a visit. Would I go back? Absolutely.

the Daily Bagel is a great lil spot to get your morning fuel and a snack-- especially in the cold months. The Log and Bagel sandwich is a staple.

Try it out and make yourself happy-!
